Park Hyeon Ju, known professionally as Chae Ri Na, is a South Korean singer. She graduated from Sadang Middle School and did not attend school anymore, she later passed the high school academic certification examination. She made her debut in 1995 as part of the hip-hop and dance trio ROO'RA when she replaced Shin Jung Hwan who enlisted in his mandatory military service. She was part of the group's 2nd album "The Angel Who Lost Wings" and remained with them until the 5th album when the group disbanded in 2001. After Roo'ra, she joined the Korean-American group DIVA and re-debuted in 1997 with their 1st album, "Funky Diva". The group underwent several lineup changes and she left in 1999 after their 3rd album. During those years, she kept promoting as a member of both groups. In 2006, she joined best friend Yuri (previously a member of Cool) and created the duo GIRL FRIENDS. They released their single "Maybe I Love You" but received mixed reviews. In 2009, she reunited with Roo'ra for the release of the 9th album, "A9ain", after which they officially and definitely disbanded. She now appears on variety shows and is an active participant in the "Kick a Goal" shows as an avid soccer player.
