Chen Wei Qun alias CY Chen, born in Chengdu of Sichuan Province, is a Chinese screenwriter, producer, actor and director. She graduated from the Animation Director Department of Jinan University in Guangzhou. She was under the tutelage of the famous screenwriter Mo Bao Feibao. In 2010, she established a studio in Guangzhou to engage in script and copyright transactions. In 2013, she founded the script and online novel copyright trading studio.

In June 2015, she served as the chief screenwriter and producer of the time travel comedy "Supporting-Role Reverse Firms". In September 2016, she produced the comedy film "The Golden Hand". In November same year, she served as the chief screenwriter, chief producer and art director of the costume love fantasy movie "The Male Fairy Fox of Liaozhai".

On 14 January 2017, she received two 2016 Most Valuable New Media Awards for the "Best Online Film Art" and the "Best Online Film Producer". In April same year, she was awarded "Top Ten Producers of the Year" at the Beijing International Film Festival IFF Online Film Festival. Edit Biography
