Jeon Ji Hwan, known professionally as Jay, is a South Korean singer, dancer, former member of XING (씽) and THE BOSS (대국남아, known as DGNA in South Korea and Daikoku Danji or 大国男児 in Japan) and current member of ASC2NT (어센트). He graduated from Kyungdong High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree from Digital Seoul Culture and Arts University.

He made his debut in 2008 when he joined as XING's new member (under the stage name Kipalang). The group debuted in 2006 but faced constant lineup changes until their eventual disbandment in late 2009.

He re-debuted in March 2010 (now using the stage name Jay) as THE BOSS's main dancer, main rapper and maknae with their single album, “Admiring Boy.” The group initially promoted in Japan before returning to South Korea in late 2011, following their agency's strategy of prioritizing Japan. Promotions alternated between the two countries until 2012, when Open World Entertainment went bankrupt, leading them to move to Poom Entertainment and later return to XING Entertainment. The group went into an indefinite hiatus in early 2017.

In mid-2023, he reunited with 2 former group mates during the competition "Peak Time", but Park Hyun Chul (known as Karam) faced controversy when old pictures of him smoking, dancing in nightclubs, and celebrating the birthday of a Japanese AV actress were posted online. As a result, the 3 members left the show to avoid further negative attention.

In December 2023, he signed a contract with NewWays Company (뉴웨이즈컴퍼니) and re-debuted in May 2024, as ASC2NT's main rapper and main dancer, with their first single album, "Expecting Tomorrow".
