Gong Chun Sook, later legally changed to Gong Seo Young is a South Korean announcer and former singer, dancer and member of CLEO (클레오). She graduated from Hankwang Girls' High School.

She made her debut as a singer in 2003 when she sung the OST for the KBS mini-series, "Rosemary" (로즈마리).

Then, in July 2004, she joined (under the stage name Jung Ye Bin) as CLEO's maknae with their studio album, "Rising Again". The group had debuted in 1999 but faced lineup and concept changes as early as 2000 due to public criticism towards the original agency, Doremi Media (도레미 미디어). The group changed companies in 2001 to Gaonix and then again in 2003 to EMI Music Korea. At that time, Chae Eun Jung decided to leave CLEO and she was brought in to replace her.

The group never achieved any commercial success after Chae's departure and they disbanded in 2005.

She then went onto working as a TV sports presenter for KBS N Sports from 2010 to 2012 and XTM Sports from 2012 to 2013 now under her legal name. She became a freelance announcer in 2014.

In 2016, she reunited with Kim Ha Na and Chae Eun Jung for an episode of "Two Yoo Project Sugar Man Season 1" but then returned to her duties as an announcer.

She is currently represented by StarIt Entertainment (스타잇엔터테인먼트).
