He started wrestling when he was in the second year of elementary school as he accidentally saw the wrestling club in training while leaving school and asked the coach if he could try. In 2019, he appeared in KBS2's The Joy of Wrestling, showing a strong desire to win he was injured during filming and had to withdraw from competing for a while. He is also a YouTuber.
