There are dramas that I choose to watch because of the thrilling and fast pace pilot episode. At the end of the episode, you'll be left with a lot of questions and will start to think of the ending. Save Me, on the other hand, slowly introduces the vibe of the whole drama. It will let you dwell and feel the over theme of the drama in the first episode. It will leave you in awe, calm, but will make you think that this drama has something to offer. You can't pinpoint what, but it will surely make you curious about such feeling, forcing you to come watching the rest.
