Great series, beautyful and sad.

* Both magnificent love stories, full of emotion.
* the FL is struggling to survive
* Times are hard (war and invasion in "My dearest", slavery in TSOPG) and we cannot escape painful scenes
* Both MLs are charismatic
*OSTs are awesome

*War background
*Immense love but difficult circumstances
* CL beautiful, talented, magical
* 2 high-budget productions, with top-notch cinematography!

*** Magnificent, moving, but sad series. Viewers are suffering during a good part of the series.

However MD has a happy ending, while KMLM has a bittersweet ending.

The tone of both dramas is quite similar.

- difference in status in the CL
- complicated family of one of the leads
- FL with incurable cancer
- ML confront the illness and possible death of your loved one

=> 2 beautiful and moving series, which we never tire of!

The countryside plot is similar, BUT the story is much more coherent, realistic and funnier in TMIISY.
*ML is a rich, spoiled, urban guy in both.
* FL is a down-to-earth rural girl.

But, for me, TMIISY is such a better series (and story) !!
- viewers can learn a lot on organic culture and environnement protection.
- characters are coherent and smart
- Less melodrama and violence (in TRA, too many slaps, tears, stupid tricks).

=> If you haven't yet, go watch "To me, it's simply you"...

+ The 2 series tell the lives of “lost people”, stuck in their problems, but who will help each other to get out of them.
+ The 2 series have an unusual format and production.
+ The tone is quite dark, but it is healing romance.
+ The main actors (Connor and Miles Wei) have accepted difficult roles, which they interpret with all their talent.

- The 2 series are healing romances, with a good description of life in the village.
- The characters are endearing, the landscapes magnificent.
- The pace of Meet yourself is a little slower, but this fits with the rhythm of life in the countryside.
=> Both dramas are feel good series.

- Extraordinary actors: grand-mother, aunts, children, roommates,... => very endearing.

Both have the same ML, Kim Kang Woo, (great actor who does not hesitate to appear naive, boorish or even ridiculous... but who is super handsome in any case :)
Two great shows !!

These 2 series are both :
- funny,
- romantic
- take place partly in the countryside (or in a small town)
- realistic with a coherent story

- Although it was long but it honestly worth it.

- Both dramas are focused on work.

- In both dramas, the relationship of the main leads was one of the healthiest relationships in a cdrama ever seen. They didn’t break up and talked about everything in their relationship.
