Ida Owned this Episode

Ida always has this quietness about him where you don't really know what he's feeling or thinking. This episode really changed all of that. He really showed up for Aoki even going so far as to offering to confront the homophobic teacher. He is slowly and surely falling more and more in love with Aoki without even realizing it. His offer in the end for the teacher to join them for ramen showed his understanding of the situation that without knowledge the teacher would never be able to change his mind about Aoki's relationship with the teacher and Aoki and Ida's relationship. This was a superbly acted episode that had me crying over the trials that the two of them face in their relationship. I really thought this was going to be another camp Japanese BL and this episode showed that this will not be the case at all.

Ohm ate this episode up and left NO crumbs

Going into this episode we felt Pran's longing for Pat and how much he knew it was one sided. Pran knew that he had no hope with Pat and there was nothing to do but to clear the way for Pat and Ink to be together. But Ink knew what was going on without Pat even having to utter a word. I could feel his confusion with every item put in front of him to prove that there was a spark between himself and Ink being checked off for Pran instead. And in the end when Pat shows up drunk and jealous enough to take another man down you could feel all of that yearning explode out of him. The rooftop scene was Ohm and Nanon at their finest in this series so far. The tear that drips off Pat's chin as he confesses; the way Pran pulls Pat back into him and the way they grab onto each other lost in the kiss made you feel every moment of this as if it were your own life before your eyes. And my god that final scene with Pran walking away from a confused and crushed Pat was pure and utter angst. This is what chemistry and good actors can be in a BL series. And lord does GMMTV rarely if ever have this in their series. They need to take note going forward so they no longer give us the trash they've given us before. They have this series and A Tale of A 1000 Stars that they should look at and go "this right here is the quality work that people want to see."

The curse of episode 11 strikes again

I swear that episode 11 should be just striker from every series because it's a plot device to rip out our hearts. Can someone please give Bruce a main role already? That man can ACT! And Up as Gene really sold the role in this episode. I could feel his heart being ripped out of his chest with every tear and every sob.

Really Well Acted

I understand peoples issue with this episode because Zon/Saifah are no where to be found but I think it's also a deliberate act on the part of the director. This episode was important to cement the relationship between Tutor and Fighter and if the director broke it up into the two couples it would have taken away the impact the episode had with just concentrating on the relationship between Tutor and Fighter. This episode really showed them taking that next step and set up the remainder of the series and their relationship arc within the series as a whole. I marked it down because the use of the cheesy sounds effects really detracted from the episode and did nothing to move the story along. Music could have easily been used to show the more lighthearted aspects of the episode and Zee and Saint are more than capable with their acting to impart a sense of fun and carefree attitude without the random noises. I also have to say I love that they didn't play off the aspect of the bottom being super passive during the spicy scenes. Instead Tutor is a full enthusiastic participant in all aspects of the scene and reflects how the character has been throughout the entire series. He is a strong individual who knows who he is and knows what he likes and what he wants and isn't afraid to say even after Fighter says let's stop that he wants to go on. That ladies and gentlemen is called enthusiastic consent and is a beautiful thing to see!

The Rooftop

The rooftop seems to be the catalyst for all of the major turning points in Pat and Pran's relationship: the first moment when they meet there after realizing they go to the same university and live in the same dorm; the moment after their fight in the parking lot when they share their explosive kiss; and now when their families know and are trying to tear them apart. It's here they seek to know and understand each other and their feelings. It's here that they explore what it means to put all of the years of their parents hatred behind them and build their own relationship and it's here in this episode that Pat and Pran seek to forge a way forward after the devastation left behind by both parents and the parents own pasts were used against Pat and Pran in a twisted game of manipulation to cause as much pain to each set of parents to punish for the wrongs suffered in their own school years. There is no going back for Pat and Pran after this. There is only going forward and we're not sure how that is possible after this.

Holy Crap - CONSENT!

I think this is only the second series where the MC asks for consent. And boy was that sexy in this episode.

Seems to be getting better

Arthit hasn't turned into a sweet little fluffy bunny or anything but still he seems to be less of a dick in this episode. And we can see they're being hazed just as bad as they're hazing the juniors. Abuse begets abuse.Kong/Singto continues to be sexy.

Seems Promising

Krist being a dick - checkSingto being hot as hell - checkThe little note in the beginning of the episode saying this is just hazing for entertainment and then I get into the hazing and think "dude really must have not seem the hazing going on in the US Greek system. That will make you run in fear from the amount of people either permanently harmed or even killed." During my 4 years of college there was a death due to hazing with alcohol at a fraternity and a girl permanently disfigured because of the hazing at a sorority. We shall see if this even comes close to that type of hazing.

What was THAT

I was not prepared for this episode at all. First Hira spending half the episode with a machine gone figuratively killing everyone to protect his love for Kiyoi to him admitting to having sexy fun alone times with Kiyoi's photo. We knew how Kiyoi would react to Hira's confession but the scene where he allows Hira to kiss his hand stands out in my mind for the fact that he's as affected as Kiyoi at the gesture. My shock first came with Kiyoi kissing Hira at graduation. In fact I yelled out WHAT THE FU@K loud enough for my husband to be concerned. And then all of a sudden the time skips and a whole new show is starting in this second half.
