Point of the point is...
...that there is no point.Food analogy: Underbaked lasagna
It literally had everything at it's disposable to make it a very gripping story and a great cast. What it lacked was execution. Shifting attention from one point to another without any real reason making the script feel loose.
I love stories that explore human beings as grey because, no one makes right decisions all the time, but still the bonds were poorly developed. It felt like they were keeping materials to themselves, so that they can make a second season purposefully.
Now, there really is genuine need of a second season because trust me when i say, none, not a single thread has been tied. It's a inconclusive loose end pro max ultra.
But nevertheless, the series is really short, watch if you have nothing else to do and want to tickle your mind slightly.

Kdrama turned soap
Food ananlogy: delicious soup turned cold in the middle of the meal.Like literally, what happened to the script around episode 10 is beyond me. We were having so much fun, rolling out in laughter, pulling our hair out in frustration, then it stopped and we started watching for the sake of watching.
Even the amazing performances of the actors couldn't rudder the sinking ship towards some form of excitement.
It would probably a great watch to daily soap lovers because it drags on in the same topic for a long time, maybe the goal was to give us a non-rushed ending, but they managed a bland one.
Since, this has turned into a rant, i would rant some more and say that, i don't get potrayal culture of being "happy alone" because i have been "tied down" for too long, and not trying to find another company or intimacy with anyone. I get that, there is the freedom of choice in this matter but it kind of feels forced by societal pressure or should i say, since we grew up seeing others accepting this, it just feels natural.
Idk much about rewatch value because i generally don't rewatch.
Give it a go. If you have time and want something to watch while you eat.
#Netflixandsnacks. Lol.

Healthy healthy healthy all the way!
Food analogy: Pure guilty sweet chocolate..best cheat diet as well as not cheat food.I probably can't say anything new that already hasn't been said in other reviews. I can just agree on all the 10 on 10s this series is getting and argue with everyone who is not giving this a 10 on 10.
By far, the best. Just the potrayal of the characters in this modernized romeo juliet is out of the bounds. And let it just get out of the way that they couldn't have casted better. I am so glad to have given this series my time of the day and you would too.
Story: Quite generic tbh but you won't be bored for a second.
Music: Keeping the title track in my workout playlist forever. And the Ost's are mind blowing.
Acting: Least amount of overacting and oh that chemistry.. oh that kiss.
Rewatch value: you will be crazy not to rewatch and revisit this sweetness.

Rollercoaster
This is a huge rollercoaster that I won't mind riding innumerable time..Lets Talk about the chemistry: I didn't actually understand the concept till i watched this. This going to be my "reference" chemistry marker.
Lets talk acting: Bloody pros.. No ounce of hesitation, just pure beauty, every scene, every expression, every teardrop, perfection. Even the side leads and Teh's fam did a very good job .
Story: This is the kind of story, if you decided to skip it for some reason, you would be on the loosing side.
Altho I would have liked if the ending could have been a bit stronger.. it's like the writers loosed the end in last 10mins.
But maybe it's just the calm before the onset of storm which will be part 2
Can't wait.

Freely flying but anchored. Like a lone kite.
Food analogy: sweet and spicy tteokbokki(Delicious and chewy, makes you keep on digging, the sweetness on the tongue feels melancholic and warm but the spice keeps it hot and brings you to tears but,
But You Don't Wanna Stop)
Story is sweet and inspiring and sad and interesting and simple and complex. Will keep you hooked. Will make you hate. Will make you love. Will make you cry. The vibes are pretty similar to Reply 1988 from my POV. If you are looking for a bitchin story. It's it.
Nam joo hyuk and Lee tae Ri has already proven them before and they are a treat here aswell. Look out for the other three MCs, A great performance and such flexibility and ranges. Loved everyone in the cast though.
Rewatch value is low, Coz journey once is enough. This won't be my Go-to drama. For reason you have to watch to find out.
P.S: People who like cotton candy stuff will be pleased and disappointed at the same time coz, even though this will make you feel good, it will force you to come back to reality as well.
So, Give it a go. For the hope. For the reality.

Don't jump in expecting Normalcy
This is not your regular BL. Just jump in expecting surprise. Hearts and flowers can be found everywhere. FOREVER might not have the same picture for everyone. The story, it was completely engaging and hella complex. I had to rethink situations again and again.
And when clarity was presented i was rooting intensely.
I dunno how else they could have played with the plot coz it's one of a kind. So i am impressed.
The actors couldn't be better casted. They are so awesom that when i saw their real life interviews, i thought they were acting there. XD
Very investing story and short as well.
Give this a chance.

Youth is not all bright colours.
I am sucker for a good bl but bromance also fills my cup. This series has amplr of that. What i liked most are the non abrupt developments but at the same time I disliked "little" they addressed on the mental remedies of the issues presented. But I must consider that this is a short series, and it is pretty well done in terms of that.
Awesome acting.. Very happy for Bae In hyuk getting big roles in big serieses coz i saw so many webdrama with him starring and i wished that he gets recognized soon.
Ost Rocks as well
Recommended.

Keeps you on the edge
Most commendable thing about this series isCinematography. Frame after frame is shot to perfection. That is a given, Coz it has a huge production.
One thing that i am really disappointed in is the ending, it just keeps a lot of loose and is dissatisfactory, you may feel that "it keeps you wanting for more" but they just could have answered bare minimum no. Of questions thay raised, atleast.
The story is mind numbing. You can never guess what is going to happen next. We have watched lost with this kind of sci fi take but trust me.. this is something else. I literally couldn't watch the series while lying down. Every twist made be jump up.
The acting is bloody great. The characters that you are supposed to love will make u love them, the characters that you are supposed to hate you will hate them to hell. Every emotion is well depicted fabulously. Specially, kraam , the lead role.. damn..
I started watching this drama without any research just for Perth and Mark and damnn.. i am glad i did(heh! I was so impressed with first 10 mins into the series that i had to do my research) . Jack and krit's story brought about the crucial events of the series but from my point of view, they could have harnessed more of the chemistry(hardcore perth fan speaking ;D)
Overall, you won't regret watching the series. I suggest you to give it a go.

True to Uniqueness
Food analogy: A whole plate of tasty dimsums, juicy and spicy with tasty dipping sauce, but you didn't eat the last few pieces with the sauce, so it tasted a little bland. This series was like playing pieces of puzzles, healing in a few, breaking down in the next, again some heart-warming bits in the others.
Story was nice, not the worst and certainly not the best, it tries to put other side stories in parallel which doesn't pack as much power.
I get the show tried to show different points and perspectives of relationship but it lost focus from the best and the main one, deborah's arc.
But nevertheless, it is filled with many good and unique moments, and has produced some nice laughs. A great show for a one time watch
The cast was amazing. FL has been one of my favs since Goblin and she never fails to be amazing, and it's my first time seeing the ML but i would definitely follow him from now on.
Give it a go. Overall not bad at all.
Also, it is my first time identifying the attachment styles of a character as "oh, he is an avoidant, and is in a relationship with the anxious" haha, growth.

Ride that you don't wanna get down of
Okay.. You must be thinking that only 6 episodes down, it's too soon for someone to "Review" anything. So lemme clear out that, this review is subject to change along with my PoV of the coming episodes.
It's only 5 episodes and I can say for sure that this looks like a upstream ride with no downfalls. If you are a fan of rollercoasters, you must ride this.
Jung hae in has always been good. We all know that even if we have watched only one of his works. But Jisoo... Damn.. She looks totally pro, Her performance is so enjoyable and infectious.
Anyone who is a sucker for amazing stories must not pass out on this experience.
I may not properly know what caused the uproar in korea but if we just view it from a fictitious point of veiw, this story rocks

May not be everyone's cup of Tea
If you ask me to recommend a drama, Me, recommendingwould be based on my closeness to that person. This drama makes you feel things that you won't dare to feel in your daily life and most people don't neither generally embrace these emotions not understand them, tbh.
A very very well written plot and fabulous plot points and twists. Won't say that this drama is adorned with cliffhanger but this story grows on you, makes you want to know more and as per louisa may alcott, that is the success of a writer.
Acting is fabulous.. specially the character Sang-Tae stole the show (i can't stop if i start so i won't)start. I have Kim so hyun better but Seo ye ji, she never stops to surprise me. The growth that she shows with each new show is immense. Damn..
Music is good too.. it did it's job of making the series more lovable.. specially the score "In silence, no one answers" makes you feel different stuff in different scenes, i.e. pretty versatile.
My rewatch value is low because I'm not much of a re-watcher.
Overall, Go for It, only if you are ready to embrace it.

"Blood is thicker than water"? Aniyooo..
"the blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb" will be well depicted in the dramaFood analogy: Well Balanced korean meal with fried eggs, and lot of other banchans.
I started this with the hopes of watching happy rainbows and pink cotton candy clouds but boy, was I forced in a rollercoaster? Yes. Am I complaining? No. You know, what I like about these "family oriented" stories is that there will be at least one angle (amidst multiple angles and storylines for e.g. romance, tragedy, warmth, distance e.t.c) that everyone could relate to, somewhere or the other, relatibity takes centre stage and strum at out heart strings.
I am solely writing this to tell everyone reading this to dive into this deep warm bubble bath of "family by choice. "
Spoiler ahead:
P. S: I totally relate yo Juwon. She is right to be hurt and angry.

Introductory video, that's it.
I understand that it is a compilation of short stories but if being short takes away the reason and fun out of it, then it just becomes time waste. There were some stories that were getting good but stopped in the middle and others are just a miss.
Tunnel
I could guess it from a mile away, there was nothing new, not in terms of story nor presentation or screen writing.
The Woman in Red
Would have been a good story if we could understand the motivation behind it. I actually liked the creepiness and the oblivious attitude of the lead. For a period she behaved like being followed in such a creepy manner was no big deal.
Tooth Worms
Best one of this lot. I won't say much but this certainly will tickle your horror bones. The execution was really good even after it squeezed into 12 mins
Necromancy
Not bad. Not good. Just average. This story had so soo much potential
The Wall
Unexplainee over unexplained. The misdirection was great but way too short for this story to soar it's wings.
The Closet
The closest to practical of this bunch but eould have liked it if it was clearer whether it was a paranormal story or not.
Ghost marriage
This was cute. Even though the title serves the whole story but the execution was really well done.
The snapshot filters
Why was this story given a place in the movie? Waste of screentime. Bring your popcorn for the next one while this is playing
The Mannequin
We came for creepy, we got creepy.
Goosebumps till now.
Escape Games
Again, this one was a good story to end on. Escape room on pretence of darker secrets. Dark and I like it.
I would give a 0 to rewatch value coz really even if some are good. None of them ate memorable enough for you to go back again.

To be honest
To be honest, These stories individually are not much. We have heard these kind of stories countless times or even better stories altogether. But what makes this Drama worth your time is it's storytelling. The way the characters are presented and their tales are told is very unique to say the least, nobody has done it like this ever.
Cinematography should be praised as well. All the shots edited together feels more like a book that a drama. It's like I am imagining the story while reading the book and surprisingly the shots exactly matches our imagination.
Screenplay is commendabe. Every shot is Shot to perfection. I would recommend watching the drama in higher pixel value to experience the full adventure.
To say the least, this drama is worth your time and It has the ability to stay in your mind for a long time.

Every bite. Same taste.
Food analogy: Well garnished Jajjangmyeon, where every slurp is equal. From start to end, (might not like the first bite due to improper mixing, thats upto ur taste)I have a problem within myself, i tend to be
disappointed with endings. If we notice the flow of energy, they didn't leave us on high...showing Vincenzo n Hong cha young's kids or leave us on low, showing the yearning to meet Vincenzo.. It left us on a neutral note, Showing his life will go on and we can't guess how it will be. So, I couldn't ask for more.
Despite having first 3 slow episode, this drama will keep you hooked and at the edge of your seat. Bored in lockdown? Watch Vincenzo. Now that it is complete you can binge and forget about ur problems for a day or two.
