Beautiful story that is a must watch
First of all, let me address this, YES this series does have more than expected cringe scenes but there is a lot (A LOT) more than just that. The show went beyond my expectations of it being just another university BL drama. The friendship and the communication (especially between the couples) is something not seen in other BLs. There is literally no misunderstanding that would cause any of the couples to break up.
There are honestly many good things from the show. The friendship was really inspiring. The friend group of 4, always being there for each other reminded me of the friend group from UWMA where they encourage each other in their romantic pursuits and just be there for each other emotionally. The best thing was that each friend was shown the support and not just Toh and Jao. Daisy is my favorite though.
Toh has such a wild imagination which is also expected when it is your first love, you want to experience it all. Even though some scenes are cringe, they are still hilarious af. Yes, making a collection of all the things that your crush has touched is weird. But in his mind, this was the only way he could be close with Nuea as he never expected his love to also love him back. Everyone has a weird hobby or habit and this was his which just made him just like any other person in that sense. His friends accepted him and supported him in some of his collections and stopped him as well when it got too much. True friendship right there. (Really wish I could have supportive friends like these as well).
Also, loved how they portrayed the NC scenes as well. Loved how Nuea tried to let Toh top first even though he wasn't as compliant then but then revisited the topic in the last episode breaking the stereotype that it needs to be only one way for the couple throughout their lives.
Not to forget the inclusivity. The show had it all, gay couples, a lesbian couple, a straight couple, and a couple where one individual is a transgender woman. Each couple with their own issues that they work through, grow together and form a stronger bond. I do wish there could have been more backstory or relationship development shown between the lesbian couple but they were just supporting characters. Also, wish that there was more screentime for TouchDaisy as they made a really good pair. Touch's smile when looking at Daisy was beautiful. Everyone deserves a lover who would look at you the way he looked at his partner Daisy. The actor truly has a beautiful and attractive smile.
Overall, it is a great story. I feel really bad for the people who left it halfway through just because of a little bit of cringe. They need to watch the whole thing to see the true beauty and how this story addresses the major topics in a relationship as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Feminine gays deserve love and a beautiful love story. They need more representation and should not be just cast as comic relief characters.

Different Story, Same Themes - Rich gays and miscommunications
Arranged marriage was an interesting topic to introduce especially as a same-sex couple that has never been heard of before and also to show an older gay couple (grandparents who got them engaged). What I don't understand is that two people who grew up together and are engaged don't know the personality of the other person and have to hide a major part of themselves from each other. The misunderstandings in the drama are things that can be easily resolved by short explanations and just listening to the other. Even after Lian declares his love to Keau multiple times, he is still doubtful.
Also, a little bit annoyed by the concept of rich gays. The majority of the BLs have either one or both of the main characters be filthy rich. Not sure why that is the theme in most dramas but it is getting repetitive. I wish to see characters from everyday life who don't have a lot of money but still live happily and lovingly.
Other than that, the acting and the visuals of the series were fantastic. It was very beautifully made. I loved the friendship between Keau and Kon-Diao as well as his other friends from class. Also, the friendship between Lian and Yi was pretty cool. Their interactions were exciting to watch especially when they both talk about their significant others. Adorable!
Syn was another unique character who is a main support character and also super religious. Haven't seen a character like that one. It was refreshing.

Older gays! The show has older gays!!!
For me, the highlight of the show was the older gay couple. I haven't come across a show that would portray an older gay couple so this was very exciting for me. Especially since one of the older guys is 66 years old (in real life). I am so glad that they included this couple and showed their backstory as well, where they both were in a heterosexual relationship before and their love developed from the long friendship that they had before. It was truly beautiful to include that.I was a bit annoyed by the fact that all the doctors in the show are not really that smart. Maybe they are just book smart but they lack social skills. May it be Tawan, Deer, Boss, or Por, none of them have any good communication skills sadly.
Mork on the other hand is a sensible and a really down-to-earth guy. He has seen the struggle in life, he has been through the pain and suffering that comes with life at a really early age. Even though his age in the show is not told but he is younger than Tawan who is 28. He started raising his nephew when he was 18 and has been supporting him financially since then. The way he talks is so humble and treats everyone the same way. He teases his friends and loved ones and makes lame jokes to make everyone feel at ease. One of the best characters I have seen in a while. He reminds me of Ae (from Love by Chance).
One of the things that I liked about the show was that no one was extremely rich. Tawan's family is well-to-do but that wasn't shown till the last episodes. The theme in most BLs where one or both of the main leads are extremely rich was getting really old. This was mostly just 2 regular guys who found their way to each other after facing a few obstacles.
Although we all hate Dr. Por, I do agree with one thing that he said. If it really takes a lot of effort from one of both sides of the couple to be together so much that it is straining the relationship, then maybe they are not meant to be together. Of course, something like this cannot be said as a general statement as each individual and each couple is different and their story is unique but from a personal standpoint, I agree with it.
As the last thing, I am glad that they had a trans character as well to ask the question, "Do you love the person or their gender?"

SO GOOD!! Definitely worth watching
I haven't watched the Korean version. The only reason I started watching the series was because of Saint and was definitely not disappointed. It was refreshing to see Saint play a completely different role than in his acting debut (Love By Chance). He was kind of like his partner Ae from LBC, a hot-blooded teenager. It was definitely interesting to see him play that role and then the character development where he learns to control his anger or at least divert it to the people/ghosts who are actually bad. Saint really is an amazing actor and it was really captivating to see him in this role.It was a good series to watch after watching a series of BL series. I was doubtful if I am gonna like seeing a BL actor with a female lead but it was not awkward or distasteful at all. Orn (Jeen) was amazing too. Her character is the cheerful, happy-go-lucky girl and it is refreshing actually.
Together, Off and Jean, fight ghosts or find a way for them to move on to the afterlife. Here, if you don't believe in this kind of stuff, it might be hard for you to understand but for the ones who do, it is understandable how this happens. Some spirits are not able to move on for whatever reason and some spirits just annoy human beings because they can. Also, the CGI was better than expected. Especially, Dr. Jade's back was scary, and am really wondering how they made it look like that.
I would definitely recommend this to any user looking for an entertaining comedy.

Okay! This was very cute.
Short, cute, and adorable love story to make you feel good. I will say that I am a bit tired of the 'I don't understand these feelings so I am going to bully the one who actually love' dramas but this was still very cute. Although there wasn't actual bullying, he was mean to Sangha till he realized his feelings in the end.The actor portraying Sangha really has a beautiful smile to light up the entire room. A beautiful human being with a beautiful smile and a positive attitude made him very lovable.
I would recommend it if you want something cute and adorable.

Korea has really good BL dramas
I have been watching Thai dramas for a long time but Korea has some really good BL dramas too. This is one of them. My favorite is Light On Me but this is a good close second. I feel like Korea comes with really unique storylines that are very captivating. The story was a really cute one from the start. Connected by a podcast from the start till the end. Just 2 lonely people who found each other, fell in love, and face the ups and downs of life. The chances of something like this happening in real life are close to none but in fiction, it makes a cute and fuzzy story and makes us believe that love truly is out there. Love comes in different ways and makes everything good again.
P.S. I see the connection of the red thread now in Until We Meet Again (Thai drama)

Mind Blown
Season 1 was amazing but season 2 was beyond anything I could ever imagine. First of all the number of plot twists was incredible. It is unimaginable for an ordinary person to come up with so many plot twists. The writers did a fantastic job on this. At every turn, there was something new that kept us on our toes throughout. It was really hard to trust anyone. My love for the OG cast made me continue it till the end. However not as dark as the first season, but the plot twists made up for it. It was a good thing that all the plot twists connected to each other and kept the story relevant.
The only issue I had was when they were showing the past, even though it was important to the story, the cinematography was not as appealing. However, the main issue I have is with the ending. Yes, every human being has potential, some discover it early in life, some discover it late and some do not discover it at all but there to a soundwave that will be a fix-all? does not make sense. Human life, in reality, is meant to be a struggle. Maybe humans will experience the struggle after awakening their potential powers? Hard to say. But I really did not like the ending. Honestly would have preferred the ending where either the gifted program was canceled completely with everyone's powers taken away or for some to have the powers like X-Men where they use to help ordinary people.
Also, why did Grace give up her power? Was it to live longer? Her future self did say that it takes a toll on her health...
So many questions.....
All that being said, the acting of the actors was phenomenal, especially Nanon, Gun, Fiat, Victor, Mek, and Lee. Fantastic work by all of them.

Hidden Gem
I became a fan of Nanon after watching Bad Buddy, the series. In one of the interviews, the director, P'Oaf said that Nanon is well-known for doing thriller and drama series which made me question his acting abilities and lead me to The Gifted, the series. Also, there is Gun, Sings, Victor, Fiat, and Jane here as well here so made me more intrigued to watch, and oh boy am I glad that I did.The storyline is amazing. The plot twists at every turn were always keeping me on my toes. It was hard to not watch the next episode cause the story kept you engaged throughout. The first few episodes, where each main character had his/her own introduction were fascinating and then the end where it followed Pang was amazing too. Even though most schools are not divided by the class system like in this story the treatment however is the same. In many schools, the students who are already smart or talented are given priority and attention by the teachers whereas the average ones are left as they are. Sadly, schools do not give attention to the students that need that time. Every student has potential in some way or another but most are left to the dirt and we see only a few succeed. This is a very sad but true reality of the world and it is highly disappointing.
Honestly, am one of the people who was waiting on the storylines for the twins as well but they hardly had any lines in the series. I want to see a drama with both of them and both are the main actors. They are talented, funny, and good-looking. The acting was spectacular, especially Gun. He is a phenomenal actor. The way he acts and his facial expressions are mesmerizing. He is such a versatile actor. I am used to seeing him with Papi so this was refreshing to see him in a different light where has a girlfriend and is the protector instead of being protected. All around just adds to his personality and versatility.
Nanon is another brilliant actor. He is also really good with his facial expressions and getting the audience to feel what he feels and really relate to him. His character Pang is someone most of us can relate to as someone who is not good at their studies and just feels misunderstood most of our lives.
Jane (Clair) was super as well, especially in the scene in the theatre where her video was leaked and she was frantic to get everyone to stop watching. We all have something or the other that we do not want the world, especially our loved ones to know and the way she tried her best was commendable. I really didn't like her character till that scene and after that, I empathized with her and she got better and better after that.
Wave and Korn were also characters that I could relate to as well. Both of them just wanted someone to love them or be friends with them but they got betrayed by the 1 person they trusted the most. That is heartbreaking. All they want is love and they were the ones who were hurt the most.
Mon was another loveable character. She is the strongest of them all and her action scenes were beautiful to watch. I wish they could have shown her kick down that door when Wave locked them all in the auditorium. That would have been so cool.
Overall, this is an amazing series. Ful 10/10. Next is The Gifted: Graduation. Hope that is just as good too.

Underrated, Beautiful, Fascinating as heck story
At first, I was skeptical about watching this if it would be any good but I am so glad I did. In the beginning, I kept comparing it to Manner of Death, not because of the BL element but because they are both psychological thrillers. Mind you, Manner of Death is beyond amazing but The Player is really good which is why this gets a 10 in my book.I fell in love with the clothing. The rich people style is a dream to achieve, honestly. Almost all the characters were so beautifully dressed that it was pleasing to the eyes. They really showed the contrast between the rich and the poor. Social class difference was one of the main themes of the series. No matter the way you get rich, whether you are born into it or married into it, money and power really do change a person and from there on all they care about is their image on how to maintain the rich status in society.
The acting was phenomenal. All the actors did an amazing job and it was really captivating to watch as the series unfolds and we get to see the backstory and how they came to be in the story. I kept thinking that there is just 1 player who is playing with everybody but honestly everyone is a player which is what makes the story so interesting to watch. They all have some sort of personality disorder may it be narcissism or borderline which makes them manipulative and use anyone they can for their own benefit.
Not to forget the feminist theme of the series. This series is run by powerful female characters which are so hard to find in any series. They are strong, powerful women who know how to get what they want. Even the mothers portrayed in the series are strong and powerful women who are family-oriented and doing well in their careers.
I am keeping this review very vague because if I were to dive into each character separately, not only would it be a spoiler but it would take up a lot of reading space. This is a seriously underrated series. I wish it would get more attention. The actors, actresses, the plot, the design, everything was amazing. I would recommend it 100%

Realistic story and love triangle
Loved the storyline and the character development of all the characters honestly. The confusion about sexuality and the fear of displeasing the people around you are real problems that some people go through and it was beautifully portrayed. The actors did a fabulous job. It is definitely a shaking experience for some to get to learn your own sexuality is not as easily accepted by society so you try not to think about it but I am glad that all the characters accepted that and that the series ended with a happy friendship between all and the couple we all wanted to end up together. Was this review helpful to you?
Really Good Amateur Mini-Series
For most of the actors in this mini-series, it is their first acting job and they have all impressed me. Newyear, Kris, Mark, Best, M, and Us were all great. Most of them also acted in Love By Chance which is why they are famous but the others deserve just as much credit. As for the story, it seems like harmless fun and partying where guys get drunk and dare each other to do things which leads to exploration, confusion, and experimentation. All part of growing up and figuring things out for oneself. Sometimes things work out and sometimes they don't.
I am also here mostly in support of Newyear. As an openly out queer person, he does not get as many opportunities in the BL drama universe in Thailand as he should be getting. Why do actors need to be straight to play gay characters? There is Earth and Fluke who are also openly gay. The only difference that I can see is that Newyear is open about his relationship with his partner Both on their YouTube channel whereas Earth and Fluke are single in the public eye. Really hoping and manifesting to see NewYear get more acting opportunities in the future just like Mark, Best, Kris, and Us whether in the BL world or not.

Not Much Happened
There are LeoFiat moments for sure. They are entering a new phase in their life where they would soon be working adults. But I am more interested in the other stories now.More curious about LeonPob and what would their reunion be like. I would have been okay if there was even a cliffhanger where they met or their eyes connected or something but no such luck.
Definitely still interested in the backstory of the lesbian couple, the twins as well as Nam. Nam would be an interesting one. He is a supporting character which is why I am interested to know if a character like him would fall in love, how would that play out?
They are coming out with a new story that is going to be a continuation of the twins' characters from the series. I am manifesting that they add in Nam's character too.

Bestfriends to Lovers
I am guessing that if that drunken night had never happened then would Korn had stayed in a one-sided love with Knock forever? Alcohol did give him easy access to make his move on Knock and so the drama started.Max and Tul are amazing actors. They bring in emotion when they need to and the HEAT when they need to as well. They both are very masculine and sexy individuals especially Knock with his seductive gaze making literally everyone fall in love with him. When doing their love scenes, there is no gentleness, just dominance, and aggression and we are here for that. Korn becomes a beast in bed. Both of their smiles just melt hearts.
The other characters were just as fantastic, Yiwah, Faii, Farm, Doc. Bright. The character of Yiwah was hands down the most fun. We all need a friend like that to always protect us and love us no matter what. The most heart-touching moment was when she helped Korn pick up the flyers when his own sister dismissed him.
The relationship between Bright and Farm was a toxic one no doubt. It seems that the only reason he chose Farm was that he could not have Korn. Our poor Farm baby was so innocent till the last episode. It was an interesting fact to know that Porshe (Dr. Bright) is gay in real life and has a YouTube series with his real-life husband. I wish he would get more acting opportunities as there is a lot less representation of actual LGBTQ+ actors especially ones who are open about their relationship with their significant other.
I guess the only character other than the protagonist that I didn't like was Korn's sister, the teacher. I skipped most of her scenes with Phu.
Overall, it was a good series to watch. It captures your attention immediately as Ep. 1 starts with a bang (pun intended). The comedy is fun, the friendship is beautiful and the love is adorable. It is an overall good package.

I expected...... more?
Considering this came out 2 years after the Make it Right S2 marking their 3rd anniversary I guess I expected more from the storyline and actors. For the majority of the series, it was just Peak and Boom and the display of their relationship. I was definitely hoping to get to see a decent kiss from the couple but was disappointed. I can also let that pass because the actors are very young in real life and probably not experienced.I scored higher for acting because Peak's acting had improved tremendously. The way he would express his emotions was heart-touching. Boom's acting felt the same as before. The actor paying Lukmo (Nice) has gotten more handsome and taller too with his one earring, he was looking hot AF.
The ending was good. They expressed their love for each other many times in words and a bit in action. Each love is different and each couple shows it a different way. Looking forward to seeing more of their work.

I like it but it could have been better
I believe this is Mame's first time as a screenwriter and it kinda shows. She is good as an author (for the most part although I do have a few complaints there too) but as a screenwriter, I guess she needs a bit more training. The series could have gone a bit smoother then.Overall, this was a good watch. Being a continuation of TharnType it was exciting to see those characters again and their point of view. Fiat's struggles were very real. Having gone through something traumatic because of his parents affected his whole personality. It shows why he acted the way he did in the past and why he is like this in the present as well. Not exactly sure what mental health struggles his mother was going through. There have been speculations that it is Borderline Personality Disorder. If so, it seems to be of the worst kind ever as people with BPD are able to deal with it with the help of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This show needed to show mental health and issues in a not so negative light and that there are procedures that can work and help the individuals with struggles.
Leo seems like a perfect man, honestly. Except for him being a coward at times especially when it comes to Fiat but his life is great. He is a rich, good-looking guy with a loving family and has just about all the luxuries of life. Who wouldn't wanna be with this man? Just like any drama, the lack of communication between the leads causes misunderstandings and dramas which causes the break-up in the cursed ep.11 (I don't think it is a spoiler because every BL drama fan knows this)
Leon and Pob was the best part of the series. Is it just me or do we always tend to love the side couples more? They are so lovable and cute together from the start. The whole while when Leon was pursuing Pob was absolutely adorable and respectful. The end though... broke my heart. Both of them crying while holding on to the keychains was too much. They both have such sweet adorable faces and to see them ugly cry was devastating. Smart and James are good together and both are dancers too. Hope to see more collabs of them.
The lesbian couple, An and Nat were super cute too (wish they could have gotten a backstory too) The twins, Aek and Theo were super entertaining as well as Nam. Honestly, enjoyed the side couples just as much. They were all very good and funny as heck. Looking forward to seeing all of them in future projects soon.
