They grabbed my attention AND broke my heart

My rating is for both episode 9 and 10 since both contain the fifth couple's story.Puth and Kaeng are THE most intriguing couple in Y-Destiny. I know we have two more couples left, but I'm calling it now. I felt SO bad for Kaeng. By the end of the 9th episode he had already begun trying to change himself to make Puth interested in staying with him, even if it was only for sex. He just wanted to be around him, even if he couldn't date him (which it's clear he wanted to). He must have caught feelings long ago but had been holding back his confession. His love was incredibly tragic. He was practically letting Puth use him without him even realizing he was doing it.When I tell you I cried every time Kaeng cried. I really did. Puth and Kaeng's story really got to me.

Four Stars

That was really nice. I loved the shots and how the tension built. Also, the dialogue and chemistry between the leads felt very real and natural. I can't wait for the second part!

Jesus!

That... was... some... of the best acting I have ever seen! You could really feel the love, pain, confusion, hate, etc. Wonderfully done! I am scared of what will happen in the next episode. Fingers crossed there is some good communication of some sort to be found!

7 Project is getting off on the right foot so far

Amazing acting, and everything just flowed very nicely. It wasn't a completely pleasant watch due to some of the content, but it was a meaningful experience overall.

A bit nostalgic :)

The acting was amazing, but I wouldn't expect any less than that from these actors. Reminded me of the pleasantness and wonderfulness that is You Never Eat Alone. Also the coded flirting and easy coming out was cute.

Was Good, But Could Have Been Great

The concept for this one is quite different from what we normally see. A girl trying to move past an old relationship and live her life again. Even if the person you were with before was a complete douchebag you can't get over it, your feelings, and memories so easily. It takes a long time. And for some people, they will never move past their old love. The FL's acting in this was amazing! And I appreciated how the story was mostly from her point of view and involved very little filler, the representation was easy; not questioned, and not the main focus (which worked very well), also the chemistry was good and Ozone was charming as a side character. That being said, so much more could have been done with this. And, if I'm being honest, I feel like we missed out on what could have been something great. I'm a bit disappointed. But, not mad. I did get to see this FL grow and focus on herself and what was best for her.

Hurtful but honest

Very emotional. And I really liked how they didn't shy away from the issues. Also, their relationship wasn't all sunshine and roses. But that wasn't completely either of their faults, it was mostly because of the unfortunate situation one of them was trapped in. But, they still held responsibility for lack of communication among a few other problems. I want to go into some of the reasons why I particularly appreciated the implications behind the ending, but that would involve spoiling it, which I don't want to do. Overall, I really enjoyed this episode. That being said, one part didn't get addressed, which bugged me a bit.

I want more!

That was absolutely fantastic! Just, wow! It felt a bit like an art-house movie set in the 90s or something. And the chemistry! Can I have a full feature-length film with these two FL's? Please?!

*sigh*

Well-acted and stylistic, but disappointing. I was really excited going into this episode with a Bisexual FL since it is so rare to find. The story could happen and has probably happened in real life but as some of the many nasty remarks and stereotypes are "Bisexual people are more likely to cheat," and "Bisexual people don't know what they want," it felt off-putting seeing it happen yet again in film and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Would I recommend this for the representation? No, sadly I would not. For the experience with the other episodes or if you're curious? Sure.

Still cute but not very interesting

Sadly this story was the weakest out of the bunch. Not enough screen time was given to the actual couple but rather when Beam was with his friends and his friend group in general. We did get a bit more of an indication of how Tonkhao felt at the very end but it still wasn't much. Even with Beam the attraction doesn't feel quite justified to have come so suddenly. If we had had just a bit more time and shown them interacting more I could have bought into the romance much easier. That being said, it was still a cute story with some very awkward people who both like each other. So, it was pretty charming. Not near the level of any of the other episodes though in terms of character, passion, complexity, and intrigue.

I feel it's more between a 7.5/10 and an 8/10 though.

This was really sweet, simple, well-acted, and the chemistry popped.I think it was on par or a little above Rhythm's Heart (Ep 2). It didn't have as much complexity as Ep 2 but with the main romance it felt as easy and natural. And I appreciated how the development of them liking each other felt realistic.

My Heart Was Happy :)

This was really sweet. The chemistry was very natural and the acting was really good. And I really liked and appreciated some of the quiet and progressive lines/parts, such as the father automatically and easily accepting the idea of his daughter possibly liking girls and not pressuring her to give him a direct answer. Really shows how Thai dramas are advancing into the 21st century and moving past some of their bad clichés, etc. As well as realizing that Lesbian, Bisexual, and Pansexual Women/Girls exist. Because they do. Lol.I almost gave this an 8/10. But, I did enjoy the first episode just a bit more.
