This is a small gem. The storyline of a hand-illustrator entering the novel she is about to work on, is great. It’s funny, sweet and interesting. The ending is a bit of a letdown, but I chose to see it as a potential open ending towards a second season.
Character wise:
FL is a modern day hand-illustrator who is sweet and righteous.
ML is a conflicted and skilled martial artist who is under pressure to become a painter.
Acting wise this is really good and the actors do a good job within the limited timeframe.
So, if you love a sweet and funny romantic comedy - and don’t mind the somewhat open ending - this is definitely well worth watching.
