If it doesn´t concern you, you will watch a great drama.
The first episode is a bit slow, but after that its really great. The story gets better and better and the relationships getting complicated, but overall all the charas are so original (especially Joe Chengs chara, really cute).
The acting and music is good.
From time to time i watch my favorite scenes from this drama, so the rewatch value is really high.
One of the best taiwanese drama that i ever saw. I really recommend it.

Strong female lead
I started this drama because i like seeing strong woman in historical dramas working hard for her position.Half the drama is exactly this. So what differs dramatically from others drama of this kind is, that the main girl is not totally good. I hate this part in most historical dramas, that the main girl always saves the bad people and don´t get justice herself. In this drama she will take her revenge and doesn´t prevent that the evil will be punished.
The other half of the drama is the love between her and the prince. Don´t let you misguide from the synopsis. The drama is full of romatic scenes between them.
The story was not really unique. Many things were like in all that other dramas i watched, but there were a few scenes that surprised me. I couldn´t stop myself and watched this drama in only a few days.
I would recommend this drama everyone who likes romance with a strong female lead that goes her own way.
If you think 59 episodes are too much, i need to say here that the runtime of each episode differs. It started with 40-45 min per episode, then it got to 30-35 min and the last few episodes were only 20 min long. It was really easy to watch this drama.

Now i remembered it and finally saw it. I really like revenge storys, so it was really exciting to see what will happen next.
A second aspect i like is, that you won´t hate charas only. You will love and hate charas at the same time as well as love and cry with them. The acting was great.
I didn´t like a few decisions from the charas, but it don´t interfere much with the overall result.
With 40 Episodes its a bit to long, but every minute its worth it.

The story is really great and realistic. After each episode you learn more about each chara and there relationships with each other. At the same time they need to stay alive after the accident. All charas devleoped with the story and the acting was really great.
I couldn´t predict the ending and was really surprised.
If you expect like me at first a drama with blood and lots of killing of each other, don´t watch it. You will get a quielty on going story, where the main focus is more on the relationships from the charas.

The only thing i disliked was that trivial story. The manga is really long and each chara has so much background story. For that was the drama with only 8 episodes and only 26 minutes for every episode too short. I only got to know the charas and before i could get into the story and like the charas, it was finished.
At the end of all, this drama could have done much more with even more episodes.

But it went all wrong -.-
Bad:
The guys were all pretty much the same, no character stood out from the band. The support charas too and the main girl was a typical good girl. No character development.
The story didn´t reach any peak and was predictable. Even the cliffhanger didn´t get me (every week i watched rather Dream High 2 first than this).
The pairings had no chemistry at all. I still can´t understand why someone liked the other.

Lee Min Ki was great as Joo Byung Hee, unfortunately he had only a guest role.

The movie tells his story in a unique way. The character tells the same story again and again in different forms, till we know the whole truth at the end.
Every fan of Wuxia will love the fight scenes in this movie. Perfect cooridinated.
Overall this movie is more for people who love wuxia and artistical movies.
