I really wanted to like this series a lot more. It was okay but had the potential to be even better. I thought it was like the series “while you were sleeping.” But that’s not the case. It does have an interesting twist to it but the acting/script or chemistry was off. It really just seemed strange to me. It felt like something was missing but I couldn’t put my finger on it and because of that it just seem like the entire series was a flop for me. I know many people may disagree with me but the first few episodes was really good but then something went wrong.

Let’s start with the fact that our female lead is looking for clues to an accident to prove her families innocence. She discovers a piece of evidence that opens a whole new door and without thought she blames on me or lead who was just as young as she was when it occurred.

One thing that I do not like is the forced conflict. You know the type of conflict where the persons reaction is a bit far-fetched for the situation or when they point blame at someone who is absolutely not at fault. But they break up with them and blame them and maybe even slap their face like they were at the root of it all. I couldn’t like it after that.

Synopsis is wrong for the series.

First thing I saw was Gamblers everyone. This was definitely eventful and entertaining. While it surrounds gambling, it also adds in some relational elements that will hold you. ML and FL did a great job.
Series surrounds the gambling world and the dangerous and hustling side of it. There’s fighting, shooting and more.

If your looking for a explanation of how gambling is done, you won’t get one here. So don’t have any thoughts about learning.
There’s very minimal romance/affection shown. There is lots of action, fighting. You got highs and lows in this one but it’s enough to entertain you.

I enjoyed most about the series is the beginning and the end of this. The middle was a little laggy. I’ve watched many “reply” series and I must admit this one had a more nostalgic ending. Watching it and hearing how she reflects on her youth and the neighborhood and how things gradually changed is something that everyone can relate to.

What I like most about this was that it really evoked youthful memories. I also like the community vibe, the love, support and laughter. It was truly warm.

What is disliked it that it was not so eventful and they really dragged the secret relationship out to the last moment.

I really wanted to like this series and for the most part I did but the it just felt like it was missing something. The storyline was good as well as the build up. The acting was good but I feel like something was definitely missing and I don’t know what it is but I will not say that it’s horrible to watch. If you’re looking for a comedy/drama/ romance/mystery series you may like this.

Most of it is about solving cases or linking cases to a particular event to solve the overalls picture. The ending was okay.

Where does one begin when trying to review this series. First of all it was very very unique. I’ve never seen anything like it. Oh boy! This series has so many great aspects to it and I do believe that the cast was perfect for this series. The main leads had great chemistry. The romantic element of this series was light and cute. I’m not quite certain of the plot.

What I liked about this series was that I Mail lead please consistent in his love and loyalty to those cared about. I like that are to lead had a good chemistry with each other and I enjoy the humor in communication between the leads. Their love was sweet and deep. I think that the character development was great. I enjoyed how our lease started out with the obvious not so great relationship and how it develops gradually overtime.

What I dislike about this series was that it was absolutely too long and drawn out. There were so many episodes that could’ve been deleted from the series or at least compacted. Although there were no so many big things or exciting moments that happened the storyline had a decent pace but it is felt like there were so much filler scenes in here that it was just too much. Ialso didn’t like the fact that so many things were just left unresolved. Do you know the kind of thing that happens when the bad guy do so much bad stuff and then one little thing happens and we all are supposed to forget about all the evil that they did. This is what happened here. There was also never any closure or explanation as to why our lead was treated so horribly by his father. It was just ignoring essentially. If you watch it you’ll understand exactly what I mean.

Overall it was a pretty decent series. Episode one through 24 was somewhat fun to watch but then episode 25 through 70 is almost like blah blah blah. I can’t suggest skipping any episodes but you may very well find yourself fast forwarding through the ridiculous arguments of the side characters or the supposed humorous moments of the side characters. There were so many.

A lot of wickedness/hatefulness overlooked and then happily ever after. Karma was not on set at the filming of this series.

This series was really sweet. It started off at a slow pace but it had so many qualities, it was very entertaining. What I like most about the series was that the cast and the chemistry was almost perfect for the series. There were no extremely villainous people within the series. I also love the fact that the series seem really genuine. The situation is something that I can envision happening to almost anyone and their response is always the reaction that I believe would happen in real life. I really want to emphasize that the cast was amazing and the chemistry was great. I believe that it was very heartfelt and sweet. I honestly got second male lead syndrome for a while and barely got over it. He was not overly sweet but he was real, he was handsome and a good person. Loved him. What I did not like about the series was that it was a bit long and somewhat drawn out. I felt that it could’ve been shorter and it also seems like they gave a lot of screen time to things that really didn’t add value to it. As it got closer to the end I somewhat fast forwarded it. I believe around episode 23 or 24 it somewhat slow down and I started to get a bit frustrated. Overall I would still recommend this series because it was so realistic and genuine. I know that there was a small age difference in the male and female lead but it wasn’t really significant. It was just a few years difference and in all honesty their behavior mirror each other’s. So if you’re looking for a sweet and heartfelt mellow drama you might like this one.

It was okay. It definitely brought a more realistic look at what contract marriage looks like. It wasn’t as predictable as you may think. It was a bit slow but good enough to keep watching. I think most of the shows that you watch about marriage contracts I’ll have the male lead and female lead fall in love like it was just meant to be but this one gave a more realistic interpretation of what it would really look like to enter into something like that. On another note their situation with a bit different in the Internet for a more strange reason. Nonetheless it was innocent enough and not too boring. If you’re looking for something that is honestly pure in I think most of the shows that you will watch about Mary‘s contracts I’ll have the male lead and female lead fall in love like it was just meant to be but this one gave a more realistic interpretation of what it would really look like to enter into something like that. On another note their situation with a bit different in the Internet for a more strange reason. Nonetheless it was innocent enough and not too boring. If you’re looking for something that is honestly pure in heart you may like it. Nothing to extravagant. No big surprises.

After reviewing some of the reviews I was really inclined to watch the series and the rating overall was pretty high. Episode one started off really good and there are many scenes in there that are comical and upbeat. You will start off the series with this snobby rich guy who meets a humble girl and of course they do not get along. Their situation gets a little bit in tangled once they realize that they have been linked together due to a circumstance. Needless to say The situation with easily untangled however someone chose to reach out once again which began our long 36 episode drama. I will admit that the series is really sweet and has so many heartfelt moments in it. If you are into romance, a little action, drama and a bit of mystery you will most likely like this.

But I like most about the series was the family dynamic of the individuals living in the hospital. I like how they took their background and created something more for other people like themselves. That to me was pretty genuine and sweet.

What I did not like about the series is the apparent repetition of the male and female going back-and-forth and then the not so clever decisions. I found many aspects of the series unrealistic. For example I honestly don’t believe that a humble and sweet person would continuously be around someone that is already somewhat attached.

In all honesty, this series is my least favorite theme. I do not watch series that have the plot or foundation based on a lie or series that have these mystery birth secrets and hidden children. Once you’re ware of it, I can no longer fully enjoy the series because I know that everything I’m watching is going to fall apart or is the info is one sided. It’s like watching people make mistakes over and over based on lack of info or a lie. I sit and watch and wait for the whole thing to fall apart for the writers to quickly try and make everything OK again which is what they did. Our male lead held onto a secret for over 20 episodes, yes that long. He is also a person that the writers portrayed as good guy. So his behavior and character were conflicting for me.

If they actually kept to the vibe of episode one it would’ve probably been amazing but it took took a completely different turn and it was no longer fun to watch. I gave it a seven out of eight stars because I believe that the acting was good, the overall family dynamics of the series was pretty decent, there is a significant level of chemistry and strength within it. I took off three stars simply because it was too drawn out. The series itself wasn’t extremely long however I do believe that keeping a secret for over 20 episodes is extremely long and I feel that the ending was not as gratifying As it could have been.

Our female lead initially was kind, educated and also strong and confident. Her character changed into someone that just seemed easily swayed. It’s almost as if she had no backbone.

Our second meal lead was definitely a cute one and also caring and kind. His character maintain consistent to see throughout the series however the writer soffit to change him into an idiot later on as well.

I couldn’t power through without skipping.

No real karma

The series starts off kind a sweetie and has an upbeat tight vibe to it in the beginning. As the synopsis says ,tragedy happens. There was an event that took place within the female lead family and she came back to her educational scene with a completely different demeanor, which killed the whole thing for me. Many viewers have read the books or seen different versions of this however I only saw what was presented on Netflix and I have to tell you it’s kind of disappointing. There were so many unexplained things and the ending was just open ended and it kind of made it suck. First of all it’s never really explain why the females personality changed, and her reasons for her behavior. It was a nice movie but it felt like there were so many missing pieces and then the end was like blah.

Series is good. Funny moments and touching moments but nothing so grand. Series revolves around a male lead who is a make up artist and a female lead who found her way into the profession as well. Of course it wouldn’t be the same without our second male and female lead. The friendships appear genuine and I really like that the FL is one with grit and determination. Really enjoyable.

There are lots of comments about the age gap. In truth it doesn’t really bother me as long as the individuals have some chemistry However the series seems to be lacking chemistry of any kind between the female and male lead as well as the supporting cast. The only individual that seems to have any real emotion or chemistry with anyone in this series is our psychotic husband who has so many emotions that you cannot help but be drawn to his character even though he is being deemed a villain.

What I like about this series is that it is light hearted and somewhat encouraging for those underdogs. It really seems to be a series that focuses on overcoming the odds and fighting for what you want. I like that it was more positive in that aspect than negative. There’ is no real moping going. Can do! Let’s go attitudes.

What I dislike about the series is that it are two leads really don’t have great chemistry and it somewhat makes this series feel a little less authentic.

I’ll also be the villain in this aspect when I say the series has a male character that has clearly done some really bad things and he is definitely painted as a villain. What I dislike about this is that the writers/producers seem to think that the female manipulating can be overlooked. We have one that is nuts and one that caused it...... either fix them both or call them both villains. Just saying ??‍♀️.

Again, this could have been so much better if the leads had chemistry. Age wasn’t the issue. They just didn’t gel. Ughh

.This series has so many good aspects however it really was exhausting to watch at times. The discovery of love is definitely a remake of evolution of love and other series like it. They series revolves around it to individuals and a potential partner discovering their love and finding their way and understanding what love is to them. Although there are many series like it, I must admit this one is not the worse however this is the first one that seemed to have such an indecisive FL that it was frustrating. It’s cute, funny at times but also very emotional and thought provoking in some aspects. I rate it a 7 out of 10 because this series although good seemed a bit gloom and definitely not romantic. The chemistry between the leads and supporting cast was amazing. I can honestly say I didn’t know how it would end until the very last episode.

Will I recommend it ~Yes
Good chemistry ~yes
Mystery ~no
Romance~sort of
Great ending~ I guess

I just finished the series and all I can say is that it was just OK. The beginning of the series set the tone for what could have been an amazing series but it seemed to never takeoff from what could’ve been. There were many things that took place in the first episode that will pull you in and leave you wondering how things will play out and what was going to happen, But after episode two then three you can see that it might not go anywhere. Later on in the series around episode 13 or so there is some conflict that happens and you become hopeful that they is something exciting and really revealing that is going to jump start the series but no nothing too big. There is one secret that is revealed but by the time it’s revealed it’s sort of meaningless to you, but after episode two then three you can see that it might not go anywhere.
There were a few things that were not complete. What I mean by that is there was a secret that no one ever found out and it could’ve been a turning point. I enjoyed the banter between the two leaves however the supporting or second female lead was extremely annoying, aka desperate.

One person kept a secret that seemed to be pointless as it held no positive or negative effect.

I honestly think this was okay, would make my top 20 list. Has some sweet moments but not to sweet. Okay chemistry. Some mystery, but nothing to intriguing.

This reminded me of the series “ Faith”. Modern doctor times travel and etc. The uniqueness of these series is that it took place often, had tons of humor but it was also heartfelt. Time traveling doctors are faced with people the harsh realities of the current time. They both have something to learn to grow. It was a fun watch.
There was a lot of action, comedy, a little romance, mystery as well as heartfelt moments. For me what I like the most about this series was that the writers did an amazing job in revealing each character‘s personality to include what they saw as their strengths and what they learned about their weaknesses.

This was a really good series. I was very skeptical about watching it because of the rating but I must say that I think this is one of the best Taiwanese movies that I’ve actually watch. There was no supremely high-class divas, there were no extremely naïve females. The story was good. The build up was good. There were tons of sweet moments. There were no cliche repeats. The chemistry was good. Aside from the one scheming person, there almost no plotting people. Not to cheesy. Just right. This is definitely one of the more upbeat, romantic comedies. There is some drama in it but it is an appropriate amount and it’s not over the top. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice and sweet romance to watch. The only thing that I do not like about this series is the ending. Although it was not a tragic or bad ending it just seemed rushed. To elaborate on that rush, what I mean is that there were things that were discovered and a major event that happened and they somehow wrapped it up in less than five minutes. New insight: there is a way to lower the value of an ending evening if it’s a good ending. In hindsight it was good and it gives a conclusive ending.

This is most likely one or the best family dramas that I have watched. I must admit that it is also the shortest. I really enjoyed this drama and how it uniquely tied two families together and found a way to not only keep you entertained but I’d give you tons of laughs. I loved it the relationship among the family members themselves as well as the people that they considered family. I believe that this series is different from the other family drama is because you will not see the berating or belittling of an Inlaw aka disgustingly rude to daughter-in-law but you will see a parent extremely distasteful to a potential daughter in law. I won’t lie the mother-in-law was absolutely awful before they actually became family but I am glad that I didn’t have to witness 50 episode of married daughter in law being miss treated by her evil mother-in-law. the things that happened before were pretty rough but the balance that happened and how it played out was good. I believe that the supporting cast was almost as important as the main leads. Overall this was really good and I am just overjoyed that they did not drag this out to 100 episodes because that would’ve ruined it.
There were zero senseless breakups and zero dragged out misunderstandings. Loved it.
