So cheesy but I loved it anyway. It did a good job catching the instant, smitten attraction of young love. The adults had realistic struggles. The acting wasn't bad - some things were a little over the top (his mother - OMG) but no worse than anything I've seen in a Taiwanese or Kdrama. I did wish there was a bigger variety in the music - despite being such musical stars in the drama, the two leads only sang the same handful of songs over and over and over. This was my first Filipino drama but not my last.
