I'm having a lot of fun watching this chaos lol. i get the hype everyone gives it lol. but i wouldn't hype it up as much.
i think a lot of these reviews had an issue with the show because of its messy storyline and i respect their opinion. but i think we also should keep in mind that it's a 2009 high school rom-com and it fits well for that period tbvh.
but what I did have a problem with was the acting especially Koo HyeSun she overdid her character's tackiness quite a few times, the best she did was crying but the rest didn't really feel natural at all.
i really liked jandi and jihoon "a friend in need is a friend indeed" dynamic so far. and well jandi and junpyo breaking off for the smallest reasons possible makes me lol cuz yes that's how high schoolers date lmao. but the second couple, Yijung and Gaeul, really got me rooting for them.
the president (i don't like calling her his mother she's not worth it) reminds me of all the itv vamps from the '00s and '10s.
i was first skeptical abt watching it seeing it's length (25 eps) but I'm 13 eps in and it's not that bad. lol the first few episodes i had to skip a LOT of scenes and i still skip a few cuz they're cringe.
I'd rewatch it few months after I've completed it but not as a whole but maybe a few episodes here and there.
