Rough..

Not too much happened in that episode. I think what Tetsuya did was the only right thing, making Yui stop trying to get him back. She would've only hurt herself more with every rejection. Must've been really hard on her, though.

I'm getting a little new hope in the Manato & Haruka department. Her acting as Ai was a really cute idea. I hope they'll find together again.

I wonder if Mariko will go abroad with Tetsuya. She seems like she doesn't want to.. I don't know if I'll like it.

Not as I want it to.

Oh no, poor Yui. Not opening the door for her was really really mad. I wonder what happened to her. Did she take drugs or something? :(

Well I guess Tetsuya and Yui won't work out after all.. just like Haruka and Manato.

So will Manato and Yui really be together in the end? That's why their mom had to die? :/

This is how it feels like to watch an organized drama...

The recent two episodes gave me an adrenaline rush! The last time I had such a thrill was when I was viewing The Princess's Man.

I can't emphasize this drama's organization any further. Bridal Mask is such a well-rounded drama thus far. I know that I had a different perception with the first episode, but at the rate/pace this drama is moving along, my original opinion can be dismissed.

The casts is expansive. The storytelling and characters have a lot of depth and room for development. Heck, I've never seen a more violent/menacing protagonist in any Korean dramas up-to-date. In fact, I actually admire the scriptwriter for making him so flawed. Joo Won and Kang To go hand-in-hand. I can't differentiate b/w the two because I'm already so absorbed into the turmoil he has to face.

I love how some of the flashbacks are interconnected; meaning they follow a sequence of past events. The fact that they successfully connect one flashback to another shows how organized this drama truly is. Moreover, the flashbacks are so well put together because they have a meaning behind them! I know a lot of Korean dramas just put flashbacks for the sake of filling in time, but not this drama.

All in all, so far, great performances, intense script, rich cinematography/background/designs, nail-biting/emotional events, and highly intriguing characters. What more can I ask for when only 4 episodes have aired?

I don't know if I can last much longer before the next episode comes!

No, no, no..

1. So happy that Tetsuya and Yui are together now! Lovely!

2. Oh no, seems like that was it with Manato and Haruka. They were really awkward during the Love Hotel scene. It was really sad, too. :(

3. What kind of FANCY Love Hotel was that?? o.O

4. Oh no, that teacher. I would've been okay with it if she liked him from the beginning, but now I really want him to be with Yui. Though I like how he's behaving around her..

5. and most important: Please no more romantic scenes between Manato and Yui. I don't like it, I don't want it, they shouldn't. :/

Lots of information in this episode

I totally thought it was clever how Kang San tricked Kang To!!! I thought for sure the secret was out. Then Kang To being young master...surprise!!! I think Kang To may end up seriously crazier than his brother is pretending to be at this rate. The emotional episode of Kang To spilling his guts to Kang San was stellar!!! Joo Won and Shin Hyun Joon are great actors!!!

Feeling Pity..

Wow, that episode was over in no time.

Tetsuya and Yui are really cute together, I still like it. Though I didn't like that Yui went to the teacher and made her promise that. She's a little stingy..

I also feel really bad for Sawamura. She's a sad and lonely girl and Manato is just hurting her more. That's horrible. :(

I'm wondering if Yui's (and Manato's) Mom's really going to be okay..

i still love it

i have to say the acting omg is great!

but the drama is a little fast paced i watched infernal lover and it had 40 episodes with the same story line and it was slow paced so it had time to catch up. BUT i still love this i'm glad they made a remake of "infernal lover" :)

Nice I guess ;)

1. I just love how they put the ABBA-songs in this drama. It kind of sounds totally wrong and kind of fits perfectly. ^^

2. I don't like that Manato likes Yui. I hope they won't end up together, never ever. :(

3. I hope that Tetsuya and Yui end up together! Though Yui can be annoying at times..

4. I finally know his name - Tetsuya. :P

5. 9.5 because of soooo much Tetsuya screentime.

Great Ending? Or was the reveal too early?

I am recalling fondly the crazy suspense from episode 2 where Gang Mi was running from that killer with the badly injured Gi Young on the gurney. I am recalling fondly the moment when she was running to the lab to try and switch the dental records so Gi young would be safe and Woo Hyun could live on to catch the Phantom... Those were great moments.

I want more of that. I felt like we got a watered down version in episode 4 with the killer being just a crazy love struck crazyman from crazytown... I thought it was okay and entertaining but a bit lacking.

The reveal of Kim Woo Hyun having a child...a bit tacked on and strange. Gang Mi's reason for not telling the man who needs to "be" him to survive, was lame. He is supposed to know everything about that man to pull off living like him. A whole year has passed with Gi Young having surgery after surgery to become him...that was WEIRD to me that she waited so long for such a stupid reason. That was vital information for him to know. I will forgive the weirdness if the plot develops in an interesting way with his father and son.

The ending! I am torn. The reveal with Uhm Ki Joon walking into the meeting was cool. He's right there in their faces and they do not know him. Does Gi Young know Him? Woo Hyun DID KNOW HIM!! Woo Hyun's knowing him changed the game at the end of episode 1... so this will be very very interesting.

But...Was it too soon for us...the audience, to know who he was? I am in a wait and see mode about his face being revealed to me this early in the game. I'm still on board! We will see next week!

Set up for Episode 4

After the red herrings, reveals and suspense of episodes 1 and 2 I expected this episode to be more subdued and a set up for episodes and additional plot development. I wasn't really "disappointed" with anything in this episode but I wasn't wowed by it either. I can see glimmers of what is to come and questions have come up that I want answers to!

How I judge this series will be in how those questions are answered... I want clever writing, suspenseful plot twists and hmmmm...is there a glimmer of romance brewing? I don't know. I do wish that I could see a little of the old Gi Young's smart/flippant charm behind Woo Hyuns face though...

Getting Better

The last 2 eps were not that funny and kind of boring. I actually found myself laughing quite a bit in this one though. Lee Jang Woo is a great actor but his character is just not meshing well with Kim Sun Ah. I dont see chemistry. Maybe its because hes ALOT younger than her? Anyways this episode was saved because it featured the Dr. a lot. Maybe thats why i enjoyed it so much.

MUST WATCH!

One of the best and most realistic drama Ive ever watched.

I totally love the flow of the story. The ending was beyond my expectation. I also love the narration. The characters (esp. YUI and SAEKI-senpai) . Everything. It was the whole package.

?

WARNING: There are scenes which are not for younger audiences. Keep in mind that being open minded will make you LOVE this story.

Dramas..

Oh no, this looks like a lot of dramatic things are coming up. I wonder if Yui and Yosuke (I can't seem to remember his character's name :O) will end up together.. The scene with the piano was really sad.

Also I hope Manato will forget about Yui. They are siblings in a way. It wouldn't work out. :/
