All of the actors are very good and the storyline is progressive and amazing.

Right or Wrong has a more unusual storyline than the previous standalone story in History2. It shows a relationship developing with an age gap that some viewers may find weird, however it is very nicely crafted and does well at portraying the mending of both a broken heart and a broken family.

It is very good and has a nice balance of drama and painful scenes. There is enough sweetness to stop the emotional and dramatic scenes from sending the whole story into chaotic mess but not too much sweetness which could have made the whole thing quite boring.

Also, the couple does face adversity which helps to make it feel more realistic and to draw the viewers in more.

Oddly gets cuter and more real by each minute

*outline*
Actually, when I first found out the ages I was quite shocked because in my mind I was thinking "woah, they're generations apart". One's 31, one's 19, and the other's 8. And unlike HIStory1, where everything was simply considered to be in one ear and out the other, this was actually taken into concern by the actors. Of course, there were real issues that came up, but I'm glad that HIStory2 actually became a little more realistic in that context.

*analysis*
STORY : I was putting this off for a while, thinking every HIStory2 story looked boring, but it surpassed my expectations. I assumed that HIStory2 was the most dull, but don't be fooled like me. The production has clearly improved. I mentioned that it gets cuter, and it does when we get to episode 3. That has probably gotta be the best episode out of them all. I really didn't expect the cuteness but it was something I hadn't really seen much of HIStory1 and I'm glad I could see it here. There was also some more comedy in episode 3, which I realize now was calm before the storm. There was some extra drama added, which I first felt was unnecessary, until the very ending. The extra climax just made the ending of the series much more sweeter, more official, and more finalized. Therefore, the pacing was well done and the confessions were at the perfect time. Thank goodness the heartbreaks were for the perfect reasons and they didn't last too long. It didn't make the story toxic, and this is very rare in these sorts of plots. I hope screenwriters who even write straight series/movies can learn from this drama.

ACTING/CAST : There's obviously been a huge change from HIStory1 to 2. The actors also partake in the change. They were more open with their feelings, and also more real. HIStory1 always makes me feel a little cut off when I watch it because it looks like they're lacking something and it was this. Skinship, love, and affection. The actors made it feel so real I didn't feel like I was watching a drama anymore. Which is weird now that I say it out loud (or type it out) because now I feel like a stalker and that's just disturbing. However, Steven Jiang, and Hang Zhang did a good job in relaying the emotions I didn't know I needed after HIStory1. In real life, the two are actually 10 years apart, so, looks-wise, the relationship had a more realistic feel to it too. I feel I have to give the casters a credit for that.

MUSIC : The music was the best, again, in episode 3. It added to the funny moments which made me laugh a little more. I liked the variation of music in the light scenes and the dark scenes. It was perfect and also had a part in making this series feel more complete than HIStory.

REWATCH VALUE : I would definitely rewatch this if I decided to rewatch the whole HIStory series again, which I definitely see myself doing and I'm probably not the only one. Watching HIStory1 to 2 to 3 will probably be the most calming remedy of all time. It feels like I'm watching my baby grow. (I need to stop being a creep.) Anyways ! Yes, definitely worth the rewatch.

*recommendations*
Literally, the rest of the HIStory dramas. You have to watch them. Especially 'Crossing the Line' and 'Trapped'. They've been rated the best ones out of the whole lot too and it's really no surprise why.

Why does nobody talk about this History series? Underrated!

The History series is known for some pretty innovative storylines, and this one probably ranks like a 6 or 7 on scale of 0 to super original plotline. While I enjoy the coming-of-age type college BLs, ‘real-world’ responsibilities like caring for your partner’s child is something unique in BLs, and is what made History2 stand out.

Originality aside, what came as a surprise was how much of a joy this was to watch.

Despite that fact that they aren’t a conventionally attractive pair (a la MaxTul or MewGulf), something about their relationship, which was just so relatable and wholesome, kept me wanting to see more.

As the series is relatively short and can be completed within 2 hours, it’s also good that the plot was kept simple. This means plenty of screentime dedicated to the couple’s relationship and no mad rush to resolve all the loose ends by the end.

A really good show. I rewatched it just now to give it a proper review and it was so easy to see all over again because it's so good to watch. I even cried and laughed at the same parts! No non-con or unnecessary drama. They even do a good job of showcasing different types of female side characters that we see in BL dramas: one who supports the main couple and the other that tries to get in between them. I only watch Crossing the Line and Trapped, but I'm ready to watch the rest of HIStory shows if all of the shows have such great writing with good messages about self-acceptance and embracing the goodness in your life that may come unexpectedly.
The main couple's relationship had good progression and pacing. The Professor was justified in his emotions and reactions when it seemed the younger student was still too hesitant to take what he wanted and be happy. Plus the domestic fluff from the story is downright adorable! You You as a child actor was well played and she wasn't annoying at all. Perfectly done and highly recommended.

I am perplexed about this drama being underrated and not hyped as the other in the series. This drama deserves its own spotlight. A story between an unruly divorced professor and a timid university student is a cute story! It does cover the teacher-student romance genre although the plot of their romance commences from Fei Sheng Zhe being a house helper and nanny to Shi Yi Jie's daughter.

My favourite character is the daughter Yao Yao or I think that was the name (sorry if I am incorrect) because despite being so young she showed tremendous support and openness to this relationship simultaneously accepting Sheng Zhe readily in her family. Parenting did play a role so I do give Yi Jie some credit although he did that for his selfish reason yet that will make her a better person in the future.

The journey shared of Sheng Zhe was beautiful and believable and Shi Yi Jie's bold step to shatter the social stereotype is commendable. It's a very staunch approach and not sure why the makers of the series didn't think it will be a good idea to promote it on an upscale. But I do recommend people watching it because it's worth it.

HIStory 2: Right or Wrong
10/10
---
I haven't watch much of BL series because of my hectic schedule. Construction, meetings, class, and etc. I have Sotus S to back me up but it's not yet done so I have to wait for another week for the next episode. Then I find this by chance. I didn't find this on purpose.
I've watched the first installment of HIStory, composed of 3 series, and the most heart-breaking was Obsessed. The two were just ordinary
I had to admit, I don't expect something from Right or Wrong. I didn't research who's the actor for this role or who's hotter. I just see that the WIFI speed boosted up and give it a try.
The first few scenes were weird. I was used to series with slow-pacing episodes but Right or Wrong is straight to the point! They drag me to the character's life. They have both dark history and that gave me an instant jump to the issue of bullying.
Why does Xiao Fei be bullied? I was to think that it's because of his preference, and it's heart-crying. I was also bullied wayback then. Called with several malicious and impugning snames. I can relate myselft to Xiao Fei. He's weak and he just want to be accepted and be love.
Then there comes Daddy Prof, Yie Jie! That divorced daddy hottie with Yo Yo! Well, It's kind of weird for me to consider his role as Xiao Fei's wifey but as the time goes by, I can hardly see that the story draws them closer, making me realize that you don't need to fall for someone at first glance, at first meeting to be able to say that you like him or love him. It takes time, and let destiny draw you to that someone you never imagine will change your life on a more complex and extraordinary way.
Their story is a bliss, imperfect and on of a kind. I never see something like this. It's possible anyway, and that is the thing this series wants to teach us.
What's important to you now may not be the best for the future and what's hurting in the past may not be wounding you now.
---
They are all great. Kudos! Fighting to the writers and the staff of this series. That's it! :D

Never thought I would be loving HIStory series

This was my fourth HIStory series that I've watched and I like the storylines of each series so far. Although this series didn't give a strong good impression on me, the storyline and music are still impressive. I'm puzzled from the emotions of Hunt Chang 's acting (as Sheng Zhe). He's good in everything though except in crying.

Every HIStory series has their own unique aspect that I like:
HIStory2: Crossing the Line - Sports vibe
HIStory3: Make Our Days Count - Happy and Sad vibe
HIStory3: Trapped - Action vibe

In HIStory2: Right or Wrong, the romantic relationship of the main leads is intertwined deeply with family. The feels-like-home vibe in this is really extraordinary and irreplaceable. This may be my least favorite among the 4 HIStory but I'm not regretting that I watched it.

Not that great

This one was honestly not that great but I did enjoy the skin ship and really hot make out scenes. With me I didn't find the lead actors acting convincing enough and teacher and student story should have that taboo feeling but it wasn’t satisfying because everyone was already accepting them! Even from the beginning. I guess this is great for the ones who have a family with kid kink lol which not saying I don't like it but I don't know for some reason this one was just ok. Not terrible, just okay.

You don't see a lot of children in gay love stories, but this particular child validates and solidified the relationship between two men in the movie who love each other intensely and rightly belong together. The birthday scene is so appropriately placed in the movie and bring a sense of fulfillment not only to the characters but for viewers.

This drama just sort flowed through, there was like literally no story, everyone was accepting of the relationship, the professor/father not so much of a father till later on, it was just one of easy filling drama you can watch without having to watch it actually.

Did''nt feel the chemistry between the main leads, it was just okay i guess.

One of the Best HIStory Series

This is by far, the best of the HIStory series. It is a stunningly superb series told in soft, even tones and with such great care and compassion that I did not want it to end. While, this is a complex story, it is told more intellectual reasoning to stabilize emotional misgivings. A rather brilliant way to storytelling. It is so extremely well-acted with such a great story line that moves along with such energy but never seems forced. It is just there and grows slowly before our eyes. You can see the intensity of feelings develop and, changes the other persons involved. There is also such great chemistry between the actors with the kissing and love making neither feeling constrained nor rehearsed. They seem natural and were displayed with tenderness and in a real sense, a feeling of love.

Sweet Love Story

A feel good watch. It’s a sweet love story, nice flow from beginning to end. I liked that there was no push and pull in the relationship. She Yi Jie very sure of his feelings and Fei Sheng Zhe, he made it very clear that Yi Jie is his :-). Yes! Btw, Hang Zhang reminds me a little of Jasper Liu.

Yi Jie and Sheng Zhe’s interactions are very natural - there’s jealousy, anger, cute moments :-). Yo Yo did very well too.

I found the almost ending scene “Daddy I wan’t to be a flower girl” funny and cute.

As you can see on my comments lots of cute scenes.

The only reason I didn’t give a full marks for the story because it lack of conflict, I mean yeah there were some conflicts happened throughout the series but there was some moment I was thinking about the college life itself. Is Taiwan really okay about “that kind” of relationship in?

The twist that they brought at the end the one that I didn’t expect, I knew at some point there will be a past of him (at least one of them) would come in the middle of their happiness.

I love the chemistry amongst them, so many “flowers” flourished in between. lol

I hardly can’t wait for watching another one!

This is an excellent movie! Everything works: the script, the acting, the pacing, the cinematography. I am very impressed by Steven Jiang in his role as the teacher, his courage, candor, sensitivity, and commitment. But equal credit should go to Hang Zhang for his convincing and moving role as the student. I didn't watch the trailer for this movie and didn't know what to expect , but it delivers a walloping punch, right through the end. Congratulations to the producer and director who included a child character in the story. You don't see a lot of children in gay love stories, but this particular child validates and solidified the relationship between two men in the movie who love each other intensely and rightly belong together.
