This drama is about students facing their own obstacle in life with the help of each other, through that, The love begins to bloom between them.

Protagonists decided to get involved in the heroine's bullying in school. They end up getting involved with each other, and support each other emotionally. Romance is more dominate, friendship comes after.

School bullying and romance centers around the protagonist and heroine involved.

School bullying is the central theme, with the male lead being popular. The bullied heroine will now catch the attention of the apparent rival who was initially close to the male lead, because of the heroine's circumstances that caught the male lead's attention.

A plain-looking heroine gets bullied during school life. The plot revolves around the male lead and how he starts getting more involved toward her personal and school life.

Both drama associated with two main lead who had their dark and tragic past then met each other. While discovering some gruesome things from the past, they found love between them and helped each other to overcome life's trials.

Both dramas are about serious real life themes. Both stories are basically revolving around extreme bullying, rape, mental instability, life and death. Kingyo Club includes a bit more romance than life does though. Both dramas will keep you watching non-stop as nearly each episode is a cliffhanger.

Both series deal quite a bit in bullying, "Kingyo Club" a bit more, but each series addresses tough topics that can be hard to discuss. Both series also cast actual teenagers as the characters which is refreshing.
