Just like what I thought!
This series is like the continuation of 2 moons but with a great twist, I have fun while watching every episode it's like comedy with a touch of drama. this whole series is now coming to end and I'm really sad about it, I'm gonna miss this cast so much!Story: The story is crucial because Pharawee is not in the cast so the team should make a story that will change the plot and make it great, and they did, the story is great not that much to ask for but it really fits as a series as a whole
Acting: I can say that their acting is on point and I have no complaints about it, they really give their all in this series and I'm very proud of it
Rewatch value: OMG!! 100% I'm going to watch this series all over again
Overall: Overall this series makes a difference in its last plot which is 2 moons, they really make it great!!

A HOT MESS
✨Let me just address the elephant in the room. The big reveal of "P'Pha". They built so much suspense, so much drama around this character, portrayed him like some God. I expected to be blown away by the actor but sadly, I was disappointed. The guy just looked so much older than Wayu and not the P'Pha I thought I'll get. Then I looked at the actor's IG and all I can say is, The stylists did that man dirty.✨The story is chaotic. So many things happening at the same time that it's hard to keep track. Hell, it's hard to remember everyone's names in the starting episodes.
✨If you plan on watching this series, do not go with very high expectations. If you can go with the flow and not lose your shit every time something happens that you don't want or didn't see it coming, then only I will recommend this show to you.
✨It's a slow paced story. I could tolerate because I love sbfive but yeah, be warned.
✨I didn't appreciate the gradual decrease of MarkKit's screentime. THEY ARE THE MAINS FOR GOD'S SAKE!
✨There is a supernatural angle in this show too and it comes out of nowhere. It's a very weird turn of events but I enjoyed it. There is a triangle involved and one ship fandom is bound to get disappointed.(Good luck for that)
✨MarkKit is the best thing I got from this show. They are the kings! They are just so adorable, they make my heart flutter. They are one of the least toxic couples we get to see these days. Like, come on, they know what consent is and know that you can't take advantage of a drunk person. Basic human decency which is not found in many but they have it.
✨Wayu has basically just cried this whole series because of the breakup that came outta nowhere for him. Well, take your time sweetie, even though I'm tired of seeing you cry, I get it. It's hard to move on.
✨I want to know why Destiny is so generous to Thanu that he gets so many options to choose from. ? Like how?
✨I would've appreciated the destiny angle more if they didn't slap me with the premonitions angle outta nowhere. But okay. Ya did something different. Woohoo, we're Psychics now.
✨I didn't care about the high-schoolers(except Sab) until like.. the last few episodes.
✨The series is both good and bad. I enjoyed it. I always looked forward to the episodes every Wednesday and will definitely support the next season.
✨They left too many loose ends. Like at least clear out a few things, goddammit!
✨There were a few things which I wished didn't happen but just because the story didn't proceeds the way I want, it doesn't make it a bad show.
✨The acting is good, production quality is good though they can do less with all the product advertisement.
✨Final verdict- A decent show. I enjoyed it.

Was Quite Fun!
First, the listing of Bas' character as a support role is wrong. In all Asian venues, Bas is listed first in cast members and Wayu is listed as the main character. Wayu is the first character you see (His eyes are the first set during the intro montage) and Wayu is the first of the main cast to arrive on Campus. Even the romance between Mark and Kit depended on Wayu's intervention. So, I am not sure why MyDramaList gave him second billing.I have a lot to say about the acting. And most of it is very positive. Bas, Copter and Kimmon all three had exactly as much screen chemistry and warmth as you might expect from people who are close friends in real life.
Bas was brilliant! I mean he just acted his heart out. Not every actor can believably cry in a scene. For instance, Kimmon can't. But Bas really connected with Wayu and I felt every second of Wayu's confusion and grief. Bas made me cry at least twice. He nailed the role of a heartbroken and overwhelmed but determined Wayu, struggling to have hope while attempting to make sense of his loss. And Wayu was genuinely good, too. A lot of nobility packed in that small character. Gutsy in an understated sort of way. He didn't stand down a single time that Padbok started drama. Of course there were silly moments too. But overall, despite the lighter college setting, Bas packed in the feels!
The acting from Copter was solid. Copter of course had amazing screen chemistry with Bas. Which is always weird because somehow he always has less screen chemistry with Kimmon, who plays his on-screen romantic partners. As snarky as Kit usually was, he was soft and sweet with Wayu. Kit's sympathy and compassion for Wayu, and ultimately his protectiveness too was very convincing. And Copter nailed Kit's frustration with Pha. Oh his facial expressions spoke volumes! His character's (initially grudging) love for Mark was a journey of eye-rolls, repressed dimples and micro-expressions that made me frustrated, but then responding to relationship overtures in an emotionally constipated, grouchy way gets on my nerves. Your mileage may vary. It took me a while to love Kit, but not because of Copter's acting, to be sure.
Kimmon brought some spice to the role of Mark in a way that was very distinct from his role of Ming in 2 Moons. Ming was a big, slutty puppy. LOL. Mark is a big, slutty puppy, but he's got an emotional intelligence that Ming lacked. He has a righteous temper too. Yes, the role of Mark was still happy-go-lucky and boisterous, but also very hurt and angry at times. He definitely got across the "Wayu and Mark are ride or die" best friends. And again Mark's anger felt very convincing when Kit was attacked. Kimmon managed to convey it all. And I have to say it. Kimmon was really fresh faced in this! He looked far younger than his 29 years at the time of filming.
Dun was excellent too. Thanu was very sexy, and warm, and noble in a quiet sort of way. Even when he was making bad choices that I knew were going to bite him in the ass later, I could totally believe he was trying to do the right thing but was genuinely torn. Dun's on-screen chemistry with Bas was off the charts! There was very little of "This is his first acting job". I think the only times he fell short of the mark were when Thanu was reacting to Padbok. Dun seemed to have a bit of trouble connecting with Thanu's emotions during some of those confrontations. But wow, the rest of the time he brought it! He really conveyed how torn Thanu was between the person he so easily grew to love (Wayu) and the person he was still attracted to (Phai), and his conflict of interests (the duty he accepted from Pharawee). The "Fevered Wayu" scene in episode 7 was fun because he was very believable as a practical doctor type, in control of the situation but very human and warm. And that kiss!!!! His energy with Bas was so gentle but so intense I made noises and "grabby hands" at my TV. Jumping into a lead role as your first acting job can't have been easy, but Dun did it justice.
Jet and Jame did well as Jack and Koh. I laughed at their shtick and Jet really managed to make me feel how much Jack truly cared for Wayu. And his total exhaustion with Padbok's drama... Ouch!
Junior sold Padbok very convincingly. He was angry and doing awful things that were not only mean but amoral. But due to Junior's skillful acting I could tell Padbok was spiraling, not villainous. I want to see more of this actor! Padbok, still has a lot to say.
Kad was hilarious as SaenSab, Wayu's cousin. Sab's plotting and scheming to help Mark find his cousin a new beau was the perfect foil for innocent, earnest Wayu. Kad delivered 150% He was hands down the funniest thing in the entire show.
Fluke was stunning and Haji was adorkable. Really very fun, both of them. They stole whole scenes.
Fergie's role just felt solid and comforting. He did a really good job conveying Jill's approachable "good guy" qualities. Those eyes! So Warm! He was pretty! And I really like his performances.
And here's where my acting compliments run dry. Pon, the actor playing Phai, looked way older than even his 25 years, let alone the 18 he was supposed to look like. And he was kind of numb in the role of Phai. I could not tell what his character was supposed to bring to the table at all, and that may also be part of the problem. Aside from the shared vision, what was Thanu supposed to find compelling? I know Pon was trying to play Phai very mild and gentle, but he came across as flat instead.
Big was awful for the few seconds he was on screen as Pharawee. But honestly, I do NOT think that was Big's fault. I am sure it was the awkward nature of the cliffhanger. We're supposed to go "WTF! Boooooo!" And I did.
The rest of the support cast did pretty well with their roles, but it might have been just a bit too much happening in the background of one show and it impacted pacing just a little bit. I managed to follow the plot of the juniors just fine. But I think most of the very small problems with Gen Y (Pon's performance notwithstanding) came from the large cast.
The relationships between Juniors Pok and Tong was highly toxic. Which bothered me at first, but in the end, I found it DID give extra character motivation to SaenDee, who straight up, would have been sorted into Slytherin.
SaenDee IS the bad guy. It's one thing to do bad stuff out of pain, or because you are not sure what the right thing to do is and you make a mistake (Hello Thanu). But SaenDee actively smirks when his actions hurt people. So even if they find a way to redeem him in season 2, he's the sort of character that gets off on causing chaos and pain. Kudos to Bank Thanathip Srithongsuk. His representation of Saen Dee was thoroughly creepy.
Tung, the actor playing Kalae, is an undervalued gem. He was sweet and warm and stalwart and funny, even though we didn't see him nearly enough.
The setting was camp, but in just the right way. There was a sensual richness to the restaurants, outdoor scenes and dorm room settings. Even stark rooftops were employed effectively as an environmental support for the harder emotions of those scenes. (If you notice, the really difficult emotions tend to happen on rooftops) Which is what art direction should be. I enjoyed the occasional peeps into the inside of the Engineering school too.
And more attention was paid than is usual for a BL drama to make sure "crowd scenes" felt filled out. Classrooms and pitch bleachers had enough actors filling seats to make it feel real.
Specific details didn't miss the mark, either. Bruises and the small amounts of stage blood looked real. The lighting moods were skillfully accomplished. Foley was solid. The shot angles and perspectives were all very mood enhancing. And the music was adorable. It's always a win when I don't have to shuttle past the intro because I hate the theme song. (Hello, Tonhon Chonlatee)
One thing I definitely disliked; I wasn't fond of the visions experienced by Wayu, Thanu and Phai. Psychicly linked visions aren't a great plot contrivance to throw into a BL unless the writers create a world where that sort of thing can just happen sometimes. In a world setting where it seems impossible to the characters, it feels over the top to the audience. Once Wayu shared a vision with Thanu their place in the overall plot finally began to make more sense, but it was still a total WTF moment every time it happened to any of them. The show writers should have worked to give the plot a more organic, realistic way for Wayu and Thanu to realize their first meeting and Pha's deceit. And really, the visions between Thanu and Phai were completely unnecessary. It would have sufficed for them just to share a strong attraction.
I wanted more info on what was happening with Pha. I'm not sure how audiences are meant to be receptive to his return, but then maybe we aren't. Maybe the lack of info on Pha is important to the longer story being told in Season 2.
And I would have liked to have found out more about Padbok's breathtaking anger management deficit to get a feel for if he's at all justified. Before we ever got a chance to give a damn about it, he began to chill out. I assume in season 2 we'll finally figure out what crawled up his butt and died and then Padbok and Thanu will hug it out or something.
In the end, I really, really loved this BL. It's probably my favorite Thai BL ever. It just somehow got under my skin. The sweet moments were really quite sweet. The funny moments were well balanced. The sad moments wrecked me. And it left me hungry for more. So it did its job. I had a lot of feels while watching it and I continue to go back to this universe. It just touched me.
I've watched it all the way through more times now than I can count. No regrets. In fact, Pok and Tong get more palatable with subsequent watches. So give it a chance. You too may fall in love with the main cast of characters, just like I did.

Love it!!!
I LOVED this series!!! I’ve been waiting for Copter and Kimmon since 2 Moons!! I absolutely love MarkKit so much!! Copter is one of my favorite BL actors, and he delivered in this series! I hated having to wait a week to watch the next episode, as I typically wait until a series is over so I can binge watch it, but I couldn’t wait with this one! Gen Y is cute, hot, funny, exciting, and dramatic! I loved Mark and Kit’s story. It’s a perfect continuation of 2 Moons. And poor Wayu! Man that poor kid is getting jerked around in all different directions! I also felt so bad for Kit’s brother, Phai... And Tong and Pok.... OMG!!!!! Their scene (you know the one I’m talking about).... No spoilers! But dude. Just. WOW!! One of the best scenes in a BL I’ve seen!!! This series has the PERFECT amount of intrigue, suspense, cute factor, HOT cast, AND hot sexy scenes. Just. Perfect. I loved it. I would DEFINITELY recommend you watch this series! It is so well written. And hot. It’s hot. Everyone is hot. Hot. LOL!! Go. Right now. Watch it!!!Was this review helpful to you?
My 2 cents
For me, this was kind of doomed from the beginning because of them trying to take the ending of a different series and making it the beginning of this one, and also that they changed the storyline for the characters of the other drama and this one. If you are a person who looks at the bigger picture, then this series would appeal to you because it is a good story line and gets more interesting as it goes along and also has a bit of suspense included. However, IF you are the type that wants the whole plot laid out for you from the beginning, then this is snot for you at all. The cast are wonderful and really show their acting skills by really portraying their characters. Personally, I would strongly recommend that anyone who wants to watch this drama to begin it with an open mind as well as the patience necessary for watching a series that develops as time goes by in order to get the whole picture. It is romantic, at times sad and a whole lot of comedic. If not for anyone else, during the series watch out for the characters Sab, Jack, Koh and Klui because for me they were the characters that made the series one of the funniest dramas. That is if you're a comedy buff and look for dramas that are based on comedy. If you want a character that is somewhat mysterious and conflicted which leaves you wondering about them, then you wanna look out for P'Thanu and Sandee. Everyone else pretty adds to what these 6 characters bring to the show in my opinion. Again I do recommend it!!!Was this review helpful to you?
Don't waste your time
I heard so many great responses to this show, so I too decided to watch. Let me just say, that was such a snooze-fest. After the 4th episode, I was so bored. The plot holes were extreme and never covered, guess that's why there needs to be a season 2. The whole reason this show exists is that the main character had a breakup. It's mostly about him finding a 'next' love which, in theory, is a good plot. The way this show was done though was so annoying. All the main character's love interests were extreme and entangled with other storylines that you just couldn't pair the main character up with any of them. I personally didn't like any of the character matchings, every the one pair that got together. The other pairings all had WAY TOO MANY issues from love triangles to the actors failing to have chemistry.I know we don't watch shows for reality, and that's fine, but this show lacked so much logic that it just couldn't be comprehended by an advanced learner. If I could rate the storyline a 0/10 I would. Genuinely can't think of one part of this show that I liked. AND THE ENDING- this whole show just pissed me off. I'm sorry to anyone who liked this show, but I'd much rather watch something where the actors can actually act and the writers didn't add LOADS of random sh1t for a 'drama' factor.

I Am disappointed with the ending
Ok! I should say this from till the beginning to the ep 11 i was so hooked that i loved each and every character in this series and i believe that this was made mainly for markit combo and they just did a great job cuz the person who did mark got more screen time to show his talent than what he had in 2moons?. Their love story was actually so into the point but suddenly wayu and thanu along with phai show and the story was like in between focus like either they should focus markkit or they should focus thanuwayuphai [a triangle].I should say i loved the person who played thanu as he had a clam and beautiful appeal.and he looks good with wayu and suddenly they included phai and i loved phai too but i actually wished him to end up with sandee [speak of the devil ] but phai is so understanding and i wished pha could not show up as his face is like in cartoon that never get revealed ?,so i thought that he may not have any role and the episode 12 was like a total mess!! It's incomplete!! I need special!to knw what will happen!
Why should pha could show up now!? man i never got this mad?.
And they also added a side couple even the other couple are in their own problem?? like tong and pok [ they just gave methe vibe of frame and book from make it right ] but i loved them even they have a short screen time.
But there are manu unsolved questions like
Who will wayu choose
What was the exact problem between thanu and padbok
What will happen to phai
What was wayu gonna ask thanu
Oke i loved this series but i need a prefect ending than a messed one ?.

It was enjoyable until it wasn’t
To start this off, I love the actors… but this show was just not enjoyable for me. I did like it for the first few episodes because of KitMark and what could have potentially become KohJack and PhaiThanu. This will be a pretty lengthy review since I’ll be talking about my opinions on the couples, individual characters and the story/plot of this show.((PLEASE DON’T READ IF YOU DON’T WANT ANYTHING SPOILED!!!!))
KitMark:
They were robbed!!! I feel like they didn’t have much screen time throughout the show. It was about them for the first few episodes but after they got together they were just forgotten?? I honestly don’t know what the director/writers were thinking because wasn’t this season supposed to be about Kit and Mark?? They really were robbed. They were one of my most favorite couples ever. Sad that they didn’t get many scenes towards the end.
KohJack:
Oh my god. Don’t even get me started on these two. They had soooooooo much potential. When they both had started going after Wayu and fighting over him was when I realized how good of a couple they’d be. Even Wayu himself was shipping KohJack!! If they had finally realized they liked each other all along they would be my favorite couple in this series. The whole enemies to lovers trope is one of my faves which is why I was rooting for them the whole series.
PhaiThanu:
Honestly I really thought that they’d end up together at the end of the series. Since the moment they had locked eyes I knew they would be good together. The whole destiny/fate was really surprising at first since it really came from no where but it was bearable. Another thing that really got my hopes up for them was when they had met again on the day of the cruise that Mark had set up. With the flashes of the future and whatnot. But then the time came, Thanu realized that his one and only was Wayu all along??? It was confusing. I’m still rooting for Phai and Thanu, however.
PokTong:
…. I hated them. They were unbelievably toxic and boring. Since the second I saw the scene of them on the ground together and Tong saying he wants to save his first kiss for someone he loves I knew they were going to be annoying. Not like saving your first kiss is wrong but… considering this is a bl they will somehow make it annoying. They were so unnecessary to the series. I skipped almost all of their scenes if I’m being honest. Which was fine because they actually had nothing to do with the plot and it still made sense without them. I have so much more to say about them but I will end it here since it would take too long to type/read.
Wayu:
Such a crybaby and for what?? Like I get it, you were heart broken with no explanation from Pha. That’s a valid reason to be upset. But to cry the second someone mentions him??? It’s… I don’t even know what to say. They did him so dirty with this character. They made Wayu a weak and fragile boy who needs a big strong man to save him ?I get crying over him every now and then, but EVERY EPISODE??? It was honestly repetitive and annoying. The show had a time-skip of like a month in between episodes, which was the only one that was mentioned. The entire story happened within one year. Throughout that whole year, Wayu was trying to convince everyone that he was over Pha… but everytime someone would even mention someone like him, he’d burst into tears? Even when he told Thanu that he was over Pha and only liked him I knew he was a lying bastard because right before that when they were having dinner someone asked about Pha and he started crying. It was basically a one day difference. Honestly the show could have been way more bearable if Wayu wasn’t talking about Pha every episode and crying over him every episode. Again, I can ramble on for days about him but I won’t.
Sandee:
Honestly I don’t understand his character at all. To me, he was just Phai’s friend. It was quite obvious (or so I thought) that he liked Phai. I have no idea what his intentions were with sending that picture to Wayu, which once again, he cried over.
-quick intermission-
What I don’t understand is why did Wayu start sobbing over a drawing of Phai? Like…. Was there some note in there that we didn’t see?? He had a whole crisis about it that I was so confused watching it, I honestly found it funny.
-back to Sandee-
I feel like Sandee was one of the best actors in this. Even with his limited amount of scenes, he really pulled it off. Him being the black mailer this whole time was a shock to me to say the least. I liked Sandee, he was a great character
Padbok:
Uhm???? Why was he always picking fights with Thanu ? like grow up. Talk it out. ‘I don’t want to see you around. Next time I see you, you’re dead’ and then he proceeds to follow Thanu wherever he goes and gets mad at him telling him to leave? He was childish and they really should have put more effort into his character.
Klui:
He honestly deserved way more screen time even though he was a support character. He was my favorite character out of the whole series. He was funny, charming, and handsome. Every time he appeared on screen I’d get so happy. There’s really nothing else to say other than I loved him
Sab:
Neither liked nor disliked his character. I appreciate how he tried to help mark and kit get together… but… we all saw how that turned out. He was funny at times and just pleasant to watch.
The story:
It was a mess. It was a dumpster fire. Why give Phai and Thanu destiny/fate trope if you’re just going to do the same with Wayu and Thanu?? The whole Phai-Wayu-Thanu love triangle was so messy, drawn out, boring, and unnecessary… sort of. The only good part of the story was the very beginning when Mark was trying to pursue Kit, it just went down hill from once they got together. The worst part of the story was Pok and Tong being a couple and they weren’t even needed to move the show along!!! They were just there to fill in time, I’m guessing, since the episodes were so long.

Vaguely entertaining
Resort to the most classic resourcesof BL dramas or dramas in general, which is
giving the main copuple too much screen time and completely ignore other
characters of the story. This would be fine if
said pair has a good development but, in general,
as in this drama, it is not the case. The first thing is that the relationship between Mark and Kit
consists of playing cat and mouse throughout the series,
without any other development in it. That, besides from the fact that it is already TOO used,
it's BORING and annoying. Watching two people playing to love each other and not love each other
For more than 3 episodes is one of the most boring things in a drama.
It's full of funny moments, yes, but it's not the most entertaining thing to do. I had to fast-forward
several parts so as not to stress myself .Some characters stand out on their own and make the
series more interesting and entertaining but they have so little screen time that it is not enjoyed.
Still, it's not the worst I've ever seen
Until now. It has funny moments, comic characters,
some intrigue, tension between characters. I don't think I'll see it again
but I also don't think my time was completely wasted.
