An wonderful journey thay i had till now
I dont want tomorrow to end tbh....ik it deals with serious topic but these are topic that make us face reality make us understand something and tbh its still taboo concept which now people need to be comfortable with to talk to.I loved every bits of the eps i saw. Its one of my first time to watch a on going drama as i always wait till drama to get over as coz of lack of patience. But for no apparent reason i just didnt wanna wait for this drama to end tl watch it. So i waited every week. Its feels like a victory for me to be this patient.
This drama is a balanced funnyz serioys when it needs to be be. It didnt get me bore. I didnt even skip anything. The actor and actresses, each character who played outshined their role. Rowoon showed his capability , yes people might say he overdid and all but for me it was perfect. This much what he did is fine and needed for a serious drama like this other wise it might get too serious and loose to interest sometimes. I may have not read the tomorrow webtoon so idk about the other things or how the story was in the bk.
But whatevr i saw the actor, actresses worked so good , the cast was matching with their roles. So good casting. Whatever music was their was good. The story yes some people there were some this issue or that but yeah the dog ep might be liked by everyone but it was alright for me....there are loop holes in this drama too but its bearable....it doesnt affect much....the story makers tried to make it as logical or reasonable as possible.
It was worth of my time and i liked it!! Mostly loved it!!! I hope it worth of your time too!!!

The Good Kind of Heavy
I just finished this drama minutes ago and so my review is very much still fresh out of the oven, but I just have to share my love for this drama because it is really THAT GOOD.
I honestly want to bow down before webtoon writer, scrip writer, director, actor & everyone involved in this production because this drama is now easily in my top 3 dramas of all time.
Let me just say I am a mentally unstable potato and so a drama that focuses on line between life and death as well as the consequences of various issues such as su1cde, death, bullying, historical crimes, crimes against women, etc. would probably not be good for a person like me BUT it did the complete opposite. This drama helped me heal in a way.
It was entertaining as hell (pun intended), the bits of comedy were always so on point but most importantly the cases would each take 1-2 episodes and ending was always satisfying and the issues were resolved. No plot was dragged out or made me feel frustrated beyond the ending of an episode.
I also learned about korean history in some of the episodes, which were incredibly well shot and I have to say EVERY guest star/role was perfectly casted and acted. I loved the diversity of the cases; it humanized taboo topics without getting too serious.
I really liked that the drama was episodic and it did not have one fixed storyline that it followed; in terms of story-telling it reminded of American TV Shows mid 2010s (not to say it's old fashioned! not at all)
I used to watch a lot of shows like The Vampire Diaries and so the supernatural aspect of cold grim reapers was just HOT.
Lee Soo Hyuk for sure knows what characters suit him well. I was hiding under my blanket with one eye out because he had INSANE charisma and chemistry (not gonna say more)
The cinematography and CGI in this drama are top notch and made this whole project a S-Tier production.
For me this is a 10/10 drama; which is a rating I give out very rarely and the fact that the ending matched the rest of the episodes was just chef's kiss. I LOVED THE FINALE.
There is room for a season 2 but it does not feel unfinished nor rushed (which was a fear of mine in advance).
Happy watching!

One Step Forwards, One Step Back
Normally I keep clear from dramas with idols heading main roles. This isn’t anything to do with a personal grudge but just personal preference with certain genres. I can’t say that Rowoon was familiar to me but KHS was a familiar face and despite my mixed feelings for Alice, I really liked her performance and was interested to see her here after reading fairly positive reviews.I have to say that while I have fortunately been able to read some of the webcomic, the concept of Tomorrow isn’t entirely original per say. Grim reapers, bureaucrat afterlife, we’ve seen it done and played out before and there wasn’t really a lot that Tomorrow added on the fantasy element in my honest opinion.
I think where its hidden strengths did lie came from as a lot of reviewers have said before its messages. To be fair while I have seen a great deal of Korean dramas, I have heard from friends and fans alike that typically South-Korean mainstream media tends to be more reserved and conservative about certain issues especially in the world of TV.
Therefore I think it was pretty forward of the writing team to deal with a lot of different problems and issues AND make a point of addressing them. But I do have to honestly agree with the majority here when it came to the actual plot and character writing. The show didn’t really know what it wanted to be.
I’m not saying that the plot was nonexistent and even as a casual viewer I could see the obvious plot goals but it was very poorly put together especially as we had whole episodes which rarely tied events and then the final few episodes tried to cram in about eight episodes worth of content into a short space of time.
I think while Goblin has always had a love- hate relationship for me it was at least self aware as a fantasy series with attempting to buildup plot and tie this in with characters. Tomorrow made the fatal mistake of being lost in trying to make a profound statement about society in Korea but didn’t really go forwards with its actual plot. I think if they had built this up better from the start then it could’ve been different but the outcome felt incomplete.
I would say Tomorrow is one of those bang in the middle shows. It isn’t bad but it isn’t flawless either. It has an intriguing premise and the cast were good too. The writing was messy but I guess if you like something with a bit of defiance against the status quo romance and sweetness of other dramas then you’ll like it.

A masterpiece of storytelling
This is a gripping drama , half Sci-Fi , half thriller , dealing with the real life of ordinary contemporary people living in South Korea today , while debating the big issues of Life , Death , the After life , Rebirth and Life Eternal . It is ingenious and comforting , moving , overwhelming , always deeply serious and authentic ( The Comfort Women for example ) and utterly believable as well as enjoyable .There is an amazing cast with good chemistry between them .
The Rookie Grim Reaper played by Rowoon is adorable and you identify with him wholeheartedly . Kim Hee Sun is wonderful in her part and Kim Hae-Sook the Jade Emperor the very person you would like to meet after Death .
I will watch it again to appreciate the dialogue even more ( very well written script ) but I have watched the last scene several times and love the ending . All will be well on Earth and in Heaven .

A Must Watch Drama
A beautiful drama that everyone deserves to watch. Is a drama about loving the life. Is about saving those who are more afraid of tomorrow that death. Is about loving yourself first and save yourself. Is about no giving up. Is a drama that calls out injustices and talks about delicate topics with the seriousness that deserves. Talks about bullying, eating disorders, war prisoners, sexual abuse, how society abandoned the veterans of war, about comparing yourself to others, etc. Tomorrow is a must watch drama and you will not regret watching it. It has an excellent cast that brought alive the webtoon characters and a excellent director who maintain the essence of the story. And finally is a drama about happiness and following your dreams. Was this review helpful to you?
Sometimes, love is not enough ... Are you sure about this?
This drama is about people and their everyday problems that they cannot cope with. Each person has a story, each person will deal with their problems differently. For some people a given issue will be only a tiny fraction of their lives, for others this small problem will be the whole world.Tomorrow shows a wide range of problems that millions of people around the world have to deal with on a daily basis, despite the fantasy element, each of us can actually relate to it, we can look at a given problem from every point of view and realize that our words and deeds have great power. Thanks to them, we can make someone happy or destroy someone, and this is a great responsibility that we carry on our shoulders every day without even realizing it.
Sometimes an innocent joke, a stupid comment made on the spur of the moment or making a life decision at an inappropriate, ill-considered moment can have a huge impact on our or someone else's life and we will have to live with the consequences of our actions and sometimes no matter how much we want to turn back time, how much regret our deeds, we cannot go back in time and change our fate.
This is what this drama teaches us, everything happens for a reason, everything we do in life matters, we - all of us - are valuable and each of us has a power that we should use wisely. The power that each of us has is free will and the ability to make decisions. So before we take any action, before we express any opinion, before we do something, we must think carefully and consider what impact our path will have on us and on others. Each of us has our own problems, each of us got the so-called mustard seed so you have to remember that you are not really alone.

lives matter, everyone deserves a chance to live.
oh wow, this drama is insane, beautiful, touching and emotional. The actors, the script, the plot, NOTHING was to be desired. I wouldn't change anything in this drama, nor would I add because everything is in the right measure. thanks MBC for making room for much needed issues that need attention. and despite the unnecessary controversies it remains one of the best kdramas ever released. I hope that in the future everyone can appreciate this work of art that deserves more recognition. ♡♡♡♡ best kdrama of the year, fact! Was this review helpful to you?
The best fantasy drama ever.
I loved this drama. Loved the whole concept and storyline. Although it had some unrealistic topics but still great for putting some reality truth elements of our daily life. I loved each one of those characters, there's no single character that I didn't like. There was a history of everyone that got me more hooked. Now that I finished it, I really miss them especially Mr. Choi Joon Woong and Ms. Koo Ryeon. But anyway, let's just hope for a sequel cause I really want it....so baddd TwTHail Jumadeung! Hail Joseung Saja!!♡♡♡

Should I die?! If I don't want to face TOMORROW!
Must watch...Best drama ever...
This drama is about grim reaper, afterlife, suicide,etc..
It is from a webtoon named "TOMORROW".
Because the person who wants to end their life don't want to face TOMORROW.. that's why..
If I have to say something that is personal..., I was in depression and often in a suicidal mood and even wanted to die many times in these 2 years🤕☹..!(I'm a student preparing for college entranceexam.. So, you automatically know why..😅)
But after watching this drama, I strongly decided not to end my life at any cost and any difficulties..😇
And live and enjoy upto my lifespan..😊😉🙃
This drama will definitely have a impression throughout my life. 🙂
For the producers of this drama, I really Thankyou..
고맙다🙂😇

WHAT A JOURNEY! THIS DRAMA WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART!
This is one of the best kdrama i have ever watched! They are not enough words to describe this drama, it is just amazing!I wasnt sure about it when i watched the trailer but after episode one, the drama won me over!
Everything about it its just so real and painful but in a very beautiful way, if you watch it you will understand what i am talking about.
The storyline was so powerful and there was not even one episode that i didnt like, i loved them all and all of them teach me some very meaningful messenges.
This drama talked about very serious matters with a very respectful way and they didnt try to make them look nice, which is very important, some things are just bad and they have nothing nice on them! It had a variety of issues that each episode portrait, for example eating disorders (anorexia), bullying, death, war, rape, mental health issues etc and the most important suicide.
The drama is based on suicide (so please be careful and watch the trigger warnings to make sure you are safe).
Aside of great plot, it had great characters as well. Characters with depth and development, that made you fell in love with them. Each of them (even the side ones) had their own backstory that you got to explore, heartbreaking stories that reminds us that everyone has problems and things they suffer from (always be kind). All the characters were so different but somehow they just create amazing bonds, the chemistry they all had with each other was impressing.
It had a love story too, a very painful yet healing story, that describe what love means and how sometimes in the end you cant fix every crack on a broken glass but you can still try ( i am glad they let an open end to them, i would like to think that they end up together eventually).
The acting was great too, i had some fears for Rowoon, cause i am not a big fan of his previous jobs (his acting in them) but i was happy to be surpriced, he did an exeptional job here. All of them did a great job.
The drama can easily have a second season! And i would love to watch it. I think i am not ready to say goodbye yet!
Overall, i think this is an unbelievable good story that everyone should watch (please like i already said, mind the triggers, because there are a lot of them). It is a very hard and real drama but at the same time so beautiful and healing!
I highly recommented!

Something New and Different
This drama takes a break from the normal "boy meets girl, they can't stand each other but fall in love anyway" theme. It is fantasy genre and takes the viewer into an imaginary world of grim reapers. It also tackles the very hard subject of suicide, mainly suicide prevention. Each episode is a different story, but woven into this is the main plot which culminates at the end. I thought this was very cleverly done by the writers and kept me glued to both the episode storylines, and the main plot. What really jumped out at me in this drama is how well the casting was. The right actors were cast for the right parts, and lent such a strong believability to this fantasy story. The development of the main characters, their own personal storylines showing both their strengths and weaknesses, gave such richness to the overall drama. I finished wanting more. I loved the four main characters, and would love to see another season produced. I didn't get enough of Goo Ryun, Choi Joon Woong, Park Joon Gil, and Im Ryung Goo.
A piece of advice--have tissues handy as some of the episode storylines will squeeze your heart and having you bawling like a baby.
