A great drama potential - only to become average due to budget/time issues

I cannot keep quiet about how professional the acting is. It was detailed, and expressions sparked immense beauty. The music was amazing and the story had great potential. All of this... BUT - it lacked in time. In an alternate universe, if this drama had 24 episodes or even 16 episodes, it could be pronounced as "great k-bl". There were many things related to this story that just needed more time to be heard. Somehow even though they managed to show everything in a small time, it felt uncompleted.
Still, it is worth watching. It is a good story with great actors, and the setting is on point. I will recommend it 100%

Loved it.....

Well right after I finished watching the series I came here. Tinted with you is a classic historical korean bl that mostly talk about art history of the Joseon times. They did a great job potraiting each charater in this series. The cast is only 5 people in total and they did a great job with that.

Fisrt of all if we talk about the story plot it's too simple and cute and very common but I loved it because it's not too much or confusing. I wached the series because for a movie the plot is a little bit weal ( this is just my opinion about the movie ) The director did a great job while making this series by around only a handful of people. I really loved the aesthetics that they used in here.

However I literally loved it and for me it's a must watch. I'm recomending this to every bl fan it's not too long you can just complete this in a day. Also it's so cute and classy so people who love to watch classic ancient bl dramas then you can watch this one and It's a highly recomended. Anyways I loved it.

Sweet but flawed

The characters, namely the Prince and his guard, are both wonderful, their own emotions really got to me, I cried and laughed with them, feared for them, and wished for their safety.

Costumes look high quality, the scenery is beautiful, and the story is something I personally love, but it suffers from annoying shortcomings.

Transmigration isn't easy to pull off in such a short time, the behaviour of the transmigrated characters isn't convincing, sadly neither is the romance.

I didn't feel any sparks between them, which is partially caused by Park Jun Hee's abysmal performance, he's expressionless, wooden, seems extremely uncaring when he should have been emotional, the sparks coming from Yoo Hyun Woo were extinguished by him, it looked like a one-sides crush for a guy who went along with it out of boredom.

It could have been a perfect drama if the episodes would have been much longer, the story and romance developed properly, but most of all, with a different actor for the MC.

The music was fine and sufficiently fitting, although I would have liked less k-popy tunes, it just doesn't really match with the historical setting.

Still, it's a very cute, very touching little series that certainly has its charm and can brighten a bleak evening.

Beautiful and heartwarming

This felt like a reward after watching multiple Korean BL dramas that left me unsatisfied at the end for whatever reason.
The plot flows nicely and it's easy to understand. The characters aren't explored as much as I'd like in terms of personality, but they're explored just enough to make the story work. The chemistry was also wonderful. Last but not least, I was more than happy to finally see a Crown Prince who has more of a sweet and caring personality rather than an insufferable one (like in most period K-dramas I've seen in the past), which deserves a special mention of its own.

If you're looking for intense and elaborate plots this is not for you, but if you'd like to watch something beautiful and full of warm and sweet moments, then this will be worth your time!

CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED.

It stands very well as a movie/short drama. I love time travel, and historical so it was a perfect match for me. It is a very sweet and cute drama, a very easy watch. If you are looking for something cute and pretty, then this is your answer. With the small budget, it did very well with what it had! All the actors did well too and I loved the chemistry between the main leads, it felt so soft and natural. It has become a comfort movie for when I want something with a little humour, pretty actors and good chemistry. The end was a bit rushed, however it still does not change my opinion, it is a beautiful film.

Better off just reading BL

I have to admit, this is why I only read BL. It always gets watered down.

This show was enjoyable and had a likable ML, but really no story to speak of. It clearly had no budget, which doesn't mean that it's terrible. It's honesty not, the views and scenery were beautify shot as were the costumes. But the story and the weird music choices (playing eerie music in a scene that is supposed to be dramatic) really pulled me out of the immersion, sans the lower rating.

I'm not really a Idol fan and don't watch dramas for that reason, so not knowing who any of the leads were (I looked at their bios none of them have been in leads in anything else but this.) Their acting does leave more to be desired, but I'm sure with more experience they'll be fine in the coming years. Plus like I said the ML (probably the best out of the three) was likable. Watch for the scenery, but don't expect to be wowed by anything else.

A mulher ajudou?

A fotografia é linda?
