Story of Kunning Palace Episode 12
The princess’ classmates go home for a break, so Xue Ning meets with her father to clarify what happened at the palace and that her efforts are to help the Yan family. Duke Xue gets his hands on half of a letter between Lord Yan and King Ping Nan. The Emperor confines the Yan family to their mansion while the Ministry of Justice investigates. Zhang Zhe is tasked to lead the investigation.

Another case of mother that always treated her other daughter harshly. I don't see Ningning will think fondly of her in the fure. I'm worry for Fangyin when You Ye will be at home. Looks like Miss Yao may turn into a villainess bcs she will suspect that Ningning was the reason her engagement got broke off. Idk why... But i think Zhang Zhe will get sacrificed somehow :\ omg Xie Wei was there too!! I really like how the ost was played at that moment.

Ning and ZZ are just too cute ? They are really giving soft romance couple in the 2nd life ?I can’t believe it but I’m simultaneously shipping Ning with XW and ZZ ? I know who is end game so I’m going to enjoy all the scenes she has with both men ?The rain scene with Ning holding the umbrella while glancing at ZZ was so freaking beautiful ? But damn if looks could kill, ZZ would have been dead by XW instantly ???Now its officially confirmed XW is Dingfei and YL’s cousin. The flashback with him as a young kid with his uncle was so endearing ? His uncle asking why he hasn’t contacted them if he is alive. XW holding back tears replying that he must have his reasons. Looks like revenge is the reason.When the Emperor was staring at Ning I was so scared he’d fall for her but thankfully he is playing matchmaker for XW. ??source: justjacky
