"Delivery Man" Emerges as an International Hit Despite Getting Single-Digit Ratings Back Home

As per Asia's largest OTT platform Viu, the K-drama Delivery Man ranked No.1 on the Viu weekly drama rankings chart for the 5th week of March (March 27-April 2). Despite getting consistent 1-point ratings in South Korea, the K-drama ranked 2nd in Hong Kong, 3rd in Singapore and Indonesia, and 4th in Malaysia. It also reached the top ranks in Thailand and other Asian countries.

In Hong Kong, the SBS dramas Taxi Driver Season 2 and Delivery Man ranked first and second respectively. 

Delivery Man tells the story of a hardworking taxi driver Seo Yeong Min (the All of Us Are Dead actor Yoon Chan Young) who gets a special guest Kang Ji Hyeon (Bang Min Ah, a member of the girl group Girl's Day ), a ghost with no recollection of her memories. The extended cast includes Kim Min Seok, Kim Seung Soo, Choi Tae Hwan, and Heo Ji Na, among others. 

Delivery Man is directed by Kang Sol and the screenplay is penned by  Han Bo Kyung. This is the second collaboration of the writer and director after Show Window: The Queen's House. 

When and where to watch the K-drama Delivery Man?

Episode 12 of Delivery Man will release on April 6. In South Korea, the drama is being aired on Genie TV, ENA, and TVING. The international audience can stream the series on Viu and Viki.
