Nam Yoon Su and Ryu Hye Young are teaming up for the upcoming thriller movie Killing Time.
On October 25, the distributor of the film, Studio Santa Clause Entertainment announced that the upcoming movie Killing Time started filming last October 18. They also confirmed that the main leads of the movie will be Nam Yoon Su and Ryu Hye Young.
Killing Time centers on a popular internet broadcast known for its daring and controversial content. When a team member tragically loses their life during a broadcast, the group faces a critical dilemma. To maintain their audience and return to the air, they make a dangerous decision.
The upcoming movie will be the next work of director Jang Joon Yeop (Like, After Spring, and Disappearance).
According to reports, Killing Time will premiere in Korean theaters in 2025.
Nam Yoon Su will portray the role of Joo Won. He is the producer of the internet broadcast. He is the one responsible for sourcing the extreme content. This will be the second movie of Nam Yoon Su since his debut.
Just recently, the actor released his BL K-drama Love in the Big City. He will also star in the new series The Borrowed Body alongside Ryeoun, Park Hye Eun, Ko Tae Jin, and Jeon Jun Ho.
Ryu Hye Young on the other hand will portray the role of Yeon Woo. She dreams of becoming an actress one day and decides to join the Killing Time team.
This will be the grand comeback of Ryu Hye Young to the movie scene. She last starred in the 2017 film The Mayor. Aside from Killing Time, Ryu Hye Young will also appear in the upcoming K-dramas The Good Man and When the Day Breaks.
