"The Interest of Love" and "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist Season 2" Get Steady Viewership

"The Interest of Love" starring Yoo Yeon Seok and Moon Ga Young, bags an average nationwide viewership of 2.70% and 2.42% on January 11 and 12, respectively. The drama's average rating for this week is 2.56%. Despite maintaining a streak of 2-point ratings, the show is gradually gaining popularity among the Seoulites as the viewership of the latest episode is recorded at 3.38% in the metropolis city. 

The melodrama commenced with an average viewership of 3.12%  and 3.59%  in Seoul (also its highest rating to date), and so far, it has maintained single-digit ratings. With only eight episodes left till its finale, the drama is halfway through the season and is yet to step into double-digit viewership.

The drama airs every Wednesday and Thursday. It is available to stream on Netflix.

Meanwhile, the recently-premiered period drama "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist Season 2" gained a nationwide rating of 3.68% (January 11) and 2.53% (January 12), which gives it an average rating of 3.10% in its first week of airing. 

This marks a good start for the tvN drama, although, the second season failed to break the records it achieved in its first season as "Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist Season 1" premiered with an average rating of 4.46% in its first week. 

Nevertheless, the drama seems to be gaining steady popularity among the international audience and hopefully will also reign over the viewership charts with the coming episodes.
