Like every girl in the world she has dressed Bab's (and her other friend 'Sparkle Hair Extension' Barbie) to the nine's and both Barbies are waiting to go out on a date with their anatomically incorrect Kens. A fake doorbell rings and the little girl fake walk/bounces the two Barbies to the imaginary door. Regular Barbie turns to Sparkle Hair Extension Barbie and says... "Palli! our dates are here!"

...and the Mom hiding around the corner watching cracks the hell up!!!

LMAO! That's awesome. When Little D gets old enough, you need to show her the wonders of Coffee Prince.

I'll have to teach him it's not okay to slap people in the back of the head though. That's not nice! *raises hand in air* Guilty as charged. *sigh*

Awww that would be so cute! ...hearing the little tiny say 'aigoo' part...not the slapping upside the head part. LOL
Just as someone wrote earlier my taste in clothes was a little "revolutionised", or let's say expanded. But just a little. I fancy those fluffy and airy tops drama-Koreans sometimes wear oh and hoodies. Before my drama time started I had a fable for training jackets when I was just hanging out, these days I prefer a yummy hoodie. I sometimes say "Omo", but quite often "Oi" - which I have rarely heard in dramas, but got as a little present from the anime Detective Conan. Otherwise... I have been slapping people around me all my life, so that's nothing new for me. ;)
Jeaniessi wrote: LOL! I've taken to saying OMO in place of Oh my god. The other day on FB I posted OMO! and my sister asked me, What is OMO? "Oh my Overies?"

I laughed my arse off then explained that OMO just means OH MY! no initials for a word. ~ Needless to say OMO has not caught on in my circle. But I still say it.

i use omo too!

my 5 yo is IN LOVE with TOP. she walks around singing 'turn it up' and 'fantastic baby'. i'm teaching her korean so i try to drop in basic voc. all the time.
I have a habit off bowing to anyone in site LOL which is kinda strange because I aint in korean and they will probley think im so kind of numpty LOL I also have a habit of saying aiggo and aish also mulla and alot of other words ive picked up xD mostly its the bowing I do it without realizing xD
Oh great, thanks for this thread! The weirdest thing is this asian radar. Walking on a crowded street - bunch of europeans and I notice a person I think to myslef "Asian!" of course that my friends usually don't believe me so we have to make sure that my radar's working-incounspicuously looking at the person closer-and I'm right. It's getting kinda creepy..
I notice myself copying facial expressions and sometimes movements. It's weird because they might look good on the actors, but they look really weird and random when I do them. ^^'' Also I sometimes accidentally want to bow, too, when I'm meeting someone or apologizing to customers or something. I can always hold it back, though. ;)
Haha.. I started losing weight last year influenced by a drama.. (Drem High, Pil Suk) And lost 40 pounds :'D
my daughter has picked up aegyo. now when ever posing for picuters she makes the cutey face and puts her hands up aroundher face.

naww thats sooooo cute :P korean have cute aegyo faces ( most of them :P)
Sometimes I bow unconsciously. I was passing out programs for a graduation a week ago and I noticed that I was bowing as I said welcome. I say "Aigoo", "Aish", and "Omo", and "Fighting" a lot. From Gokusen, I often say "Fight-oh", and I say "osu" often too. From Nobuta, I do the "Nobuta Power Chunyuu" and I say "KELLY Shock!" too. (Yamapi is awesome, lol). I eat with chopsticks, even with Western dishes, lol. I make Vsigns when I have pictures taken of me as well, and I eat too much Japanese candy. I just found a girl on Youtube who has taken the math problems from Suugaku Joshi Gakuen and broken them down into understandable terms, including the Peeping Tom problem.
Wow love this thread its funny how we can all relate. I find myself slightly bowing all the time to customers. Especially when i see asians lol...funny thing is that a lot bow back. I usually use omo, aish, tsk tsk. I used a lot of words unconsciously, my friends look at me like a weirdo. It sucks not having any of your real friends liking the things you like, cause they can't understand you. When ever i can i try using chopsticks, all depends on what im eating. I love grocery shopping at the japanese/korean markets. I'm so happy when i find things i've seen in the dramas :D Find myself wanting white rice all the time, good thing i have a big rice cooker lol.

LOL, I do that too!! I stopped eating potatoes/spaghetti.. whatever. Just rice/rice noodles :D

Also, I started wearing skirts and knee-high socks and slowly transforming my outfits into something like a japanese school uniform (we're not required to wear any at my school) and friends keep saying I'm weird. Sadly enough, everyone wears jeans/t-shirt here. So bo-ring! >_<
