Overrated Dramas?

2nd The overrated Dramas for me are playful kiss, To beautiful you , BOF , mary stayed out all night and Personal Taste is not hate but the script and story

Bridal Mask-All of the important events were spoiled for me before I watched it so that might have had something to do with feelings toward it. I thought it was a really good drama but not the best I've ever seen. King2Hearts: Besides the fact that the villain was completely ridiculous, this drama fell flat for me. I loved the princess and the bodyguard but that was it. I've also come to the realization that Ha Ji Won isn't a great actress-she just looks pretty when she cries and does action scenes really well. Rooftop Prince: Started out amazingly and then drifted into cliched territory. Park Ha became a complete idiot and the ending could have been a lot better. Faith: I loved Lee Min Ho in this and his chemistry with Kim Hee Sun was great but the drama itself was all over the place and poorly written. A Gentleman's Dignity: Again, all the important events were spoiled for me beforehand but I didn't think this drama was anything amazing. Kim Ha Neul isn't a great actress and I found her incredibly annonying. Devil Beside You: I am still in the slow process of trying to finish this drama after starting it 10 months ago-I don't drop dramas so I'm going to force myself through it. Mike He is hot and everything but that doesn't make up for Rainie Yang's atrocious acting.

Full House, that's was very overrated. Maybe because I didn't watch at the time so it became so old now. However, I didn't find it that great.

Queen Inhyungs Man. & Secret Garden !!! I just dont get whats so great about thos Dramas. Dropped both cuz I just couldnt finish them. And I started them, just because everyone was telling how great thos dramas are!

Ummm... I would pick Goong or Princess Hours. It was just.... HUH?! The whole plot was great but I found myself unable to finished it. I mean, I've finished it by skipping A LOT of BORING episodes. The ending was soooooo predicted. Second, The Moon That Embraces The Sun The first 5 episodes (which are played by the teen actors) were soooooo great.... But starting ep 7 or 8... No matter how much I've tried to think that Ga In is Wol/Yeon Woo, it just doesn't match at all with the child actor. And Kim So Hyun as a king?! The whole ending really pissed me off. I mean, the ending was soooo classic. The evil dies, the main leads win, the end. So Much 'meh' feeling there..

I did not enjoy A Gentleman's Dignity although I watched it until the end. I never understood what the hype about this drama was about as I found it also quite chovinistic. I didn't like the female characters at all, especially the way they whined every 5 minutes.

Queen In Hyun man.. a concept-less time travel!! and faith.. it's not like i have something against time travel..except that most them are stupid (take Dr.Jin) but what did faith have? i think the hype was mainly over lee min ho because that drama had a confusing storyline..i found the scriptwriter confused..like she couldn't decide whether it's a romance or Sageuk

i too have watched you're beautiful over a million time... and BOF and marry stayed out all night were too hyped for me too... they were super slow!

I have a few that are totally hyped up but I wasn't impressed with: 1) To The Beautiful You - Just finished this yesterday and something about this drama really bugged me throughout most of it. I do plan on watching Hana Kimi at some point and I really hope it lives up to its hype. 2) City Hunter - I'm not a huge LMH fan but it got really good reviews and seemed like it had a good plot. Again, I just wasn't impressed. Now Black & White blew me away and I almost didn't watch it bc City Hunter sort of ruined the whole action packed drama for me. 3) You're Beautiful - I don't really dig the whole gender bender concept but this drama just didn't amaze me like it did others. It was the first thing I had seen JGS in also and I really didn't like him. I like a lot of his other stuff better and this is supposed to be the drama that really made him super popular. 4) Playful Kiss - I HATED this drama soooo much!! I rarely ever not finish a drama and did manage to finish this one (while skipping a lot of parts) but I just couldn't even like it. I hated Oh Ha Ni. She was so completely crazy and stalked Kim Hyun Joon's character like nobody's business. She just annoyed me so much. I've seen a lot of comments from people saying it was their first drama, they loved it and made them fall in love with kdramas. But if this had been my first kdrama I probably would have never watched them again or at least taken a long time before I gave any a shot. But that's just my opinon :-)

Looks like I'm not alone in this. I get it, Hyun Bin is great, but 'magic' of the story killed it for me.

Well you can kill me for all the dramas that I am going to mention: Nobuta Wo Produce Zettai Kareshi To the beautiful you Lie To Me Dream High Proposal Daisakusen Kimi Wa Petto Goong Full House Devil beside you And the list can go on and on (let's not bring the dramas that I dropped), I felt they were really stupid.

Reply 1997: I didn't think it was exciting....sorry. To the Beautiful You: Was a boring version of Hana Kimi. Even the Remake was more entertaining. :/ It just felt like another Kdrama. Boys Over Flowers: Meh. I couldn't get into it. I just didn't think it was all that great. Not even good eye candy to me.
