Boys Over Flowers and Coffee Prince were way too cheesy. I didn't like them.
I found Sungkyunkwan Scandal and Scent of a Woman boring.
But for me the most overrated drama was Innocent Man. I didn't like the whole "memory loss" thing...
In my opinion the most overrated drama is YOU R BEAUTIFUL My name is kim sam soon is a drama back of year 2005 . at the that time, the hallyu craze was just starting ... this drama did play a huge role to boost the hallyu boom , so i think it is highly rated...... since then the hallyu drama industry has gotten bigger n bigger also similar storylined dramas has come out now n again so, these days it doesnt give a fresh vibe as it used to -in those times... coz the concept of main female character to be "not young and not attractive" was not preceeded of ,, n not to mention young aged boyfren also, boomed frm this drama..

I also don't like the amnesia thing in Innocent Man. That's where I dropped it.

I've just put that on hold at ep 8 so I haven't got to the memory loss part and now that I hear about that it makes me less likely to go back for it.

I didn't hate the drama such that I would want to drop it but amnesia just annoys the hell out of me. It feels forced when so much of terrible, over-the-top stuff happens in the same drama. -_-
Secret Garden, Faith, Innocent Man, May Queen, Boys Over Flower, My Girlfriend Is A Gumiho...to name a few.
Probably all Korean rom-coms simply because they all follow the same formula. They're all excessively cliched and predictable. Of course, there were still a certain number of dramas I enjoyed, but most of them just annoy me. I've recently tried watching Secret Garden and, boy, wasn't I disappointed. What's with all the ruckus about this drama? Given its scores and popularity, I thought it would be a unique and amazing show, but it's not. It's just as cliched and formulaic as the next one. Can anyone explain to me what's supposed to be so great about this show? I really don't understand why people like it.
Master's Sun is really overrated in my opinion X_X I gave it a try 3 times and I couldn't get passed ep 5 X_X it was so bad X_x I really don't understand why so many people loved it so much, so much to call it the best drama ever X_X. Ow well, I guess everyone has their opinion, I guess I'm an ailien and should join Do Min Joon to space <.<...(lolz)
Secret Love! I reeeeeally tried with this drama because everyone I spoke to said they loved it but I just can't see what everyone else sees. I do not like dramas where the main male lead follows the typical ~misogynist with a good heart~ trope. If the women aren't treated respectfully it's a guarantee I won't like it.
I think it all boils down to personal preference. Many people will say that I gave One Pound Gospel and Q10 a ridiculously high score. Sorry folks, I absolutely enjoyed those dramas because they worked for me. Whoever wrote and directed those dramas pretty much knows my tastes. :)
Master's Sun..the first to come to my mind
You Who Came from the stars - I think I made it to episode 8 or thereabouts. I found it boring and also I didn't really see any chemistry between the main pairing. I also started to get second lead syndrome - liking him way more than the lead. I really can't see why everyone is crazy about it. It's not something I could see myself hanging on to watch week after week. I'll probably check out the rest when the drama end, so I can fast forward through any boring bits. Full House - Rain's character was a complete arse. I liked the second lead so much more. Also it was a really stupid premise.

yap totally agree it is a matter of personal preference. what may good to one but horrible to another.
as for me it is Secret GArden.
Edit: Now I add "The master's sun". All was good until the last chapters. Those comepletely ruined it for me. They were unoriginal to the point of exhaustion. Like, the Hong Sisters couldn't think of a good ending and just mixed drama Clichés to "finish the work". I don't understand all the hype when it ended. Oh! And reply 1997. Couldn't finish it .___.
Secret Garden & Kim Sam Soon - People seemed to be raving about these both, but all they did was make me dislike hyun bin for the types of characters he chooses. tantrum-throwing jerks, apparently. The Heirs - dont get me started. boring. Queen Inhyuns Man - cute OTP ^^ But the story just couldnt hook me. Boys Over Flowers. Youre beautiful - aish chincha the main lead in this...ahhh. i know people love him, but i found his actions so exaggerated and unnatural. dropped cause of him. the greatest love - cute...but sometimes over-the-top-cheesy in an absolutely unreal way. And idk if im right or not, but the male main lead seemed quite a bit older than the main actress. ANYWAYS! these are totally just my own opinions. i know others will disagree which is ok ^^ im just super picky.
