It's kinda like princess daries. I like that they used this idea in their own kind of circumstances. But I did like goong s a lot more than gong, it's much better and deeper as a story of initiation and I'm sorry that goong s suffers so much becaise of comparisons; it was meant as a creative spin off and they did it well.

Anyway, I liked them both, a much more intense princess diaries (goong) and prince in the making (gong s)

Haven't seen Goong S, it's on my plan to watch list, but I didn't think it was like The Princess Diaries. I read the books and they're like totally different XP

Haha Yeah That was a bit annoying, but I felt bad that he was treated like an outcast just because his father passed away. Seems like a screwed up family to me if that's how they treat their family members. ( I know it was part of the rules or whatever, but it still seemed screwed up) I think he did actually have feelings for her though.

Haha I have like 5OO =___= SN's is even longer than mine hahaha

I do feel bad for him that way, but his attitude about it just bugged me in the drama haha. I liked him at the end though. Just whenever I tried to like him he'd do something to make me mad in the drama haha.

Yeah and the worst part is that the new dramas that I start to watch aren't even on my plan to watch list, they're just dramas that really made me think "wow that's interesting"

Ohh I see, haha everything is on my PTW list, I can't stop adding them - anytime something sounds interesting. Then I add more. And now I'm watching Thai dramas haha.

I realized I had a problem when I had more on my PTW than on my completed, so I started deleting a bunch of stuff that I'm sure I'll never watch, but still...

Yeah, I figured. I haven't really read the books and yeaf the feel of each and every one of them is different, but still it did remind me of princess diaries, only goon is better. lol

Have you watched this? Do you plan to?

Goong was wildly popular at the time of it's airing. It's a cute show and has it's moments. This is the 2nd drama I ever watched and I have fond memories. Is it the greatest drama I've ever watched? ...it's cute and has it's moments. But I can completely understand why so many would find it appealing and I do love Yoon Eun Hye. I am an admitted fan. I think this show is more appealing and geared toward a younger audience but I'm glad I watched. At the time, the premise was new and fresh. I'd never seen a show like this before.
