If you already don't SM Entertainment (SME) is one of the "big 3" Korean agencies that produce and create some of Korea's best idols (SNSD, SHINee, Super Junior, F(x), TVXQ ,BoA). On March 10th they reported to be making the Korean version of Hana Kimi. Representives of the company said, â??The Korean version will have a total of 16 episodes that draw out stories of hopes and dreams. Itâ??s a teenage comedy with a cute, but strong storyline and a slew of handsome cast members. Weâ??re planning to begin airing it this summer.â? (source: http://www.allkpop.com/2011/03/sm-entertainment-to-produce-korean-drama-adaptation-of-japans-hana-kimi)

Well it's been practically 3 months and SME has yet to report on who will the cast be and it's about half way through summer. So that's why I think SME may have forgotten about Hana Kimi.
yea ive been waiting and waiting to hear casting news also. I doubt they are scrapping plans for the remake cause they already spent money to buy rights and such. Hope to hear more news soon though...
Yeah I also think they forgot it....... I'm disappointed if they don't make it :O
I'm disappointed, too, if they don't make it. A lot of people are looking forward to it, why say you're going to make a show and it's going to air during a specific time if it's not going to happen? The cast info should've been released at least a month ago
Maybe it will be in the next season...? Hopefully..

Hopefullyy!
I'm curious about what's going to happen too. The Japanese remake is already out. I hope they make something, but people buy the IP rights and don't use them all the time, so they may have never even entered production. Maybe they're doing significant rewrites or having issue with casting. Regardless, I hope it comes out :)
Wasn't SM thinking of casting his idols in the main roles? If so, that might explain the delay---what with their jam-packed schedules as is, it's probably beyond difficult for SM to squeeze any more, be it energy or free time, out of their artists.
