One Sided Crush/Love

Mostly i have seen that female lead have one sided crush or love for the male lead and male lead who doesn't have interest in her so she chase him and then in the end they get together. So,

I wanna see where the male lead have one sided love/crush for the female (don't care if it is from start or middle) and female lead have no interest in him. It would be nice if he chase her or something but i need male lead who have one sided love for female lead and female lead have no interest in him. It doesn't matter if she likes someone else or not, i am fine watching either, It would be nice too if she takes time to return feelings.

I can't stand weak annoying female who are pushover and a doormat. So please it would be nice if female lead speaks her mind and isn't a pushover.


Open to any country!!

  1. Strong Woman Da Bong Song | Romance + action + comedy = a lighthearted series. ML likes her from episode 1 and pursues her. It takes more than half the series until she returns his feelings. FL is also very strong and independent. ML does confess his love for FL and she doesn't accept his feelings right away, so he harbors a one-sided love for some episodes. 
  2. You're All Surrounded | Romance + action + comedy = a lighthearted series. ML likes her close to the beginning (don't remember which episodes) but she's so focused on the cases (they are both detectives) that she doesn't even notice for a while. If I remember correctly, when she finds out he likes her, she doesn't return his feelings right away so it's a one-sided love for some episodes.  
  3. Miss Hammurabi | They knew each other from school, so ML has always had feelings for her. Though it has some comedy, this series is heavy on drama and the romance is a subtle sub-plot. ML does confess his feelings and FL turns him down, so for most of the show, he has his one-sided love. She eventually does returns his feelings. 
  4. Radio Romance | This is a series that starts light, but it does get melodramatic. ML falls in love first and for a good part of the show, harbors a one-sided crush.
  5. Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo | This one is very light-hearted. He falls in love first. FL is a weightlifter and his a swimmer, so she's very tough and has a no-nonsense attitude.

cruel romance chinese a kinda mafia boss fallen for innocent girl but she have not the same feeling toward him ML lead is not cruel or harsh with her he respected/admire her to being besides her or from far away. if i remember right there are 40 episodes and ML start falling for her  in 2 or 3 episode , FL realizes her feeling for him i think 22 or 23 episode

meteor garden  2018 chinese  as we know there are many version of it each have their own flavor but story flow go the same end . in my opinion i've watched korean taiwan japanese chinese vesion of it but i liked the most korean (boys over flower2006)and chinese (meteor garden 2018 )version

the whirlwind girl chinese  its sport youngster show if i assume right you watched it already  , from the epi one ML have feeling for FL but not showed it and at the end episode FL have same feeling for him

the kings women chinese  its tortured love genre force marriage

general and i chinese one sided love plot run very few episodes but great show

siyah beyaz ask turkish tortured love, gangster/mafia, force marriage, 3 secret pregnancy, action ,romance . a gangster( ML) need doctor( FL) to save a imp patient after  saving patient gang decided to kill doctor but ML fallen for her so he offer an option marry me or die from here story start

there are many  show but plot go for  few episodes

What Wrong With Sec. Kim?(Korean) He propose to her many times yet turned down

A Love So Beautiful(Chinese) It has Itazura na Kiss-themed but still cute. He likes her back but doesn't know how to express his feeling, so the girl feel unsure about his feeling and they broke up short after that. Meet again after few years, he took an action to fight his love back :)

Go Ho's Starry Night - It's a webdrama, so is shorter than the average drama, but also has more substance than most webdramas. It fits what you are looking for perfectly .
