I really like the story of the musical/film My Fair Lady (1964). So I was wondering if there are C-dramas with the same or similar storyline? If so, please recommend!

My Fair Lady is basically about a guy who is assigned to make a girl "proper" and "ladylike" (a makeover really). Her transformation and exposure to social events then attracts suitors which causes the guy to become jealous because he has developed feelings for her during their time together. After pushing her away and realising that he can't go without her, he begs her to come back and the girl eventually comes back to his side. The end.

Have you checked out:

Ohh I wasn't referring to that movie, I meant the 1964 movie starring Audrey Hepburn. Unless the kdrama you rec'd is inspired by the 1964 film?

Yeah My fair lady the drama is pretty good! I think it matches the synopsis you were talking about!

Ohhh okay I’ll check it out then, thankyou! ^^

You might like the HK movie, King of Comedy.  The MC gives acting lessons to a girl, and there's also some romance.  I guess some parts are a little bit similar to My Fair Lady.

My Fair Lady was based on the play Pygmalion, so you might want to check out the other adaptations.

Pygmalion (1938) is good.

There's also a funny parody of Pygmalion, The Opening of Misty Beethoven (1976), but I only recommend it if you're over 18 years old.  If you're under 18, pretend I didn't mention it.
