Any drama like Flower of evil but I'm looking for the relationship trope?

Is there any other drama like Flower of evil : not the japanese aku no hana , but the kdrama by Lee joon gi.

But I wanted a recommendation regarding the relationship of the FL and ML. there are many series like this focusing on the thriller/mystery plot of FOE. but I wanted a series where one person in the couple is antisocial/psychotic/apathetic/Alexithymic  but yet loves the other person.

a close option could be " Its okay not to be okay" 

also , recommendation can be any language any country any number of episodes , fl or ml any one can be the apathetic one , lgbtq will also do. i just wanna see another series on the romantic trope.

some not so close but slightly similar options could be Hannibal, Killing eve, You, Dexter

Of course Cheese in the trap: he's antisocial/Machiavellian. 

It's okay that's love. It's quite subtle but it's definitely there. 

My heart twinkle twinkle, he's definitely a sociopath. Beware, (barely a spoiler)  he's the ML, and the villain at the same time.
