They holds good the fact that ML is jerk in the beginning, but ML do not leave FL for SFL but many misunderstandings are caused like all of those thai shows you mentioned. I watched all of them so, I think I know what you are looking for.

You are my destiny (Thai, Chinese and Taiwanese version of fated to love you.) Actually Taiwanese is original version.

The innocent man will do too I think he was not a complete jerk but he used FL for his Revenge.

Secret (Korean drama)/2013 - Both the ML were jerk, though they have character development. I liked this show.

Cruel Romance (Chinese Drama)/2015

Sealed with a kiss - I haven't completed it yet but it has same concept.
