ML Isn't Necessarily "Perfect"

Hello! I'm looking for any type of Asian drama where the Male Lead suffers from something that would typically hold someone back. Like a social phobia, or perhaps PTSD from a trauma. Anything that doesn't really make him fit into the "perfect" or all around strong guy persona.

• Definitely Not Today- ML has depression and anxiety.
• If You Wish Upon Me- Very difficult upbringing, abusive daddy issues, ex convict re-entering society,physically looks strong but an emotionally fragile human being struggling with life
