Noh Dae Hwan, otherwise known as Zica or Noah, is a South Korean singer, dancer and former member of the groups A.T.O (에이티오) and JJCC (제이제이씨씨) managed by the Jackie Chan Group Korea. He graduated from Kyunghee University with a bachelor's degree in postmodern music.

He made his debut using the stage name Noah in November 2014 as A.T.O's maknae with their first single "Just Like It Was A Painting." The group was not successful and disbanded 5 months later.

In mid-2015, he re-debuted almost immediately when he joined JJCC using the stage name Zica as their lead vocalist with the single "Fire." The group was created in 2014 thanks to Jackie Chan's love for K-Pop and it helped them gained some notoriety at the beginning. However, as some members enlisted for their mandatory military service, the group went into an indefinite hiatus. While JJCC has never officially disbanded, they remain inactive since early 2020.
