Story: The story is amazing! Every subplot was interesting, especially when you get to the Yi City arc. The overall story was well done and although when you start watching, you want WWX to travel to the current timeline, as soon as a few episodes past, the more you want to see the past between him and LWJ. In addition, this drama is a BL novel so because of China's restriction, they couldn't show BL romance but the bromance was still there.

Casting: Wonderful cast as even the minor roles and support roles were praised. Xiao Zhan portrayed WWX so beautifully and Wang YiBo also portrayed LWJ beautifully. I cannot imagine anyone else portraying them. In addition to the main, Wen Ning was amazing. He was so innocent and it truly aches my heart that he had to go through all that BS so props to Yu Bin for being so cute lol. Xue Yang was legendary as well. His character was suppose to make me hate him but I just couldn't; I feel pity towards him and the actor Wang Hao Xuan did so freaking well portraying such a character.

Cinematography: The scenes were beautiful although there were certain scenes where you can tell it's a green screen like the boat and the lotus scene lol but other than that, everything was beautiful.

Overall: I genuinely love this drama and it's a drama that when you start you have to binge in order for it to fulfill you but when I finished this drama, I was having withdrawl symptoms because it just felt like I lost something to look forward to. However, I highly recommend this drama and you will definitely fall in love with every character.
