I was really hyped about this drama since the plot reminded me of Go Back Couple which I loved, plus Ji Sung was the main lead. And, of course, the writer of Weightlifting Fairy KBJ. I couldn't ask for more.
However, the beginning disappointed a lot of people, because the plot seemed to be too similar to Go Back Couple and the characters were... not really likeable. But trust me, it gets better as the story progresses.
It's true that the plot is pretty similar to Go Back Couple, but there are a lot of differences. I still feel like the point of the two dramas is completely the same, but it is showed in a different way. Familiar Wife is more dark-themed, it felt too realistic although it's a time-travel fantasy.
I can say that the story developed well - the relationship between the main leads and the other characters was progressing with every episode. Ji Sung and Han Ji Min had good chemistry, I truly believed that they loved each other.
I didn't like the last episodes though (except for the ending). The plot felt too dragged, as if the writer was asking herself''So... what now?'' There was toooo much time-travel that it became confusing and sometimes boring. But the ending was beautiful and touching, I loved it. It was written well.
Yang Hee Sung is really good at writing characters, I admit. Maybe the thing I loved the most in this drama is how realistic all the characters looked. I mean, none of them was perfect. They all had their own negative sides, they all made mistakes and they regretted them. Especially Joo Hyuk, I've seen a lot of negative comments about his character, but the truth is that he was just a human being.
The acting was brilliant. Ji Sung never disappoints and Han Ji Min pulled off her role as well. Kang Han Na is really good at portaying this kind of characters, she deserves more.
Familiar Wife teaches you how important is to talk and listen. It proves that we should speak out our thoughts and problems. Because communication is important not just in marriage, but also in any kind of relationships. So if you are looking for something light and romantic that will make you think about a lot of things, then watch this. You won't waste you time, trust me.

You know, most BLs (that I've seen) lack one very important thing - chemistry between the couples and good acting. But thankfully and quite surprisingly, both things are present here. There aren't enough words to explain how much I loved Fighter and Tutor. The chemistry between them was UNREAL. Like, how can they be so natural? I've never, EVER seen any BL couple being this natural. The kisses and touches their shared called me single in thousand different languages.
Of course props to the actors who portayed them, both Saint and Zee did a brilliant job. Well, Zee definitely stole the show for me. I swear to god, I could never tell that this man is acting. He always looked so sincere and I believed every expression of his. I'll definitely follow his future works, he's a treasure for sure.
The second main couple was adorable, too. Well, the screentime they got was a bit... offensive lol. I completely understand why some fans of Saifai and Zon were so angry. Personally, I prefer FighTor and I believe they were the more interesting couple. I couldn't get into Saifai and Zon at first, it took me around 6-7 episodes to start fully enjoying their scenes. But the chemistry between the actors was nice too (not on Zee & Saint's level , but still nice).
Well, I'll just briefly mention the flaws this drama has, but don't focus on them, because as I said above, the drama is veery enjoyable even with them. The directing and editing wasn't the best. The editing was horrible, actually lol. The writing was so-so, there was some cringe-worthy scenes, but also some very beautiful and touching scenes so who cares. Of course some problems were resolved pretty quickly and they made all the useless drama even more useless. Well, what is a BL drama without some melodrama? There has to be something to shake the things a bit.
Why am I giving 10/10 for rewatch value? Because I'll rewatch this for sure. I'll rewatch it million times. I already want to rewatch it. Because it simply made me happy. Because it has very nice and sweet moments that made my heart flutter. Because Zee is hot as fuck. There are million reasons why I would watch this show again and these are the reasons why you should watch it, too.

The fist half of the movie is very intriguing even though it's a bit slow. It makes you curious about what we happen next and you have no idea what the heck is going on. And then there's the second half which was a bit too rushed in my opinion. The twist was good, yes, but it's not like you couldn't smell that something is fishy. They still connected the dots quite well and the ending was overall good.
The acting was decent for sure. Kim Sang Kyung definitely has his own way of portraying his characters which is nice to see. Kim Kang Woo is definitely an eye-candy and he's simply a pleasure to watch.
Overall, I wouldn't say this movie is a must-watch, but I enjoyed watching it and would recommend it if you're looking for something to pass time. But yeah, know that the premise is a bit misleading.

''Live like you deserve to live.''
''Unnatural'' managed to touch my heart many times and this is why I love and appreciate it so much. Hidden gem, truly. Dramas like this one should be more popular.Honestly I loved everything about it. The story was well-paced, the script was brilliantly written, the characters were endearing (except for the bad ones, they were disgusting as they should be), the cast did their job perfectly and the music was on point and made me cry a lot of times. Each case was very interesting but my favourite ones are the one with the suffocation and the school bullies (episode 6&7 I think?). They made me cry the most. I think the first two cases weren't that fascinating, but from episode 3 everything got better and I started enjoying it completely.
I adore everyone from UDI Lab. They were all amazing! Misumi Mikoto was a strong female lead and I appreciated her braveness and her way of thinking. Ishihara Satomi did a brilliant job here! Nakado had a cold appearance but with the time I was able to understand him and his pain. Kube was the cuuuuutest! Kubota stole my heart once again, he is adorable! And here comes my favourite character - Shouji Yuko! She was funny, strong, lovable and I love the intreactions between her and Misumi. What a great team the UDI lab workers were!
Honestly I don't even know what more to say. I highly recommend this to everyone. But prepare your tissues, ''Unnatural'' will play with your emotions, it hits quite hard at times.

This is the easiest 10s I've ever given. I kind of feel that all the dramas in my list with a five stars don't deserve them. Because they can't compare to Romantic Dr. It is just another level.
Before watching this, everyone should know one thing - you have to be ready to not just watch, but feel and understand. You have to be ready to feel what the characters feel and to be able to see the things from their perspective. I've seen a lot of negative comments from people who obvioulsy didn't do that and I felt hurt without a reason.
To be honest, I didn't like the first episode. Yes, the medical part seemed promising, but everything else... nah. The fast-paced romance was so strange for me that I started wondering if I should continue watching it. Well, I made the best decision. Because after the second episode, I became obsessed.
The medical part was brilliant. The surgeries were so intense, so real to the point that I was sometimes praying for the patients. And I'm not even that relligious. You have no idea how much I cried for the patients who died or for their families. Everything was so emotional, so well-written. Every second, every word made me forget that I'm watching a drama.
The romance disappointed a lot of people and no matter how much I try, I just can't understand why. It wasn't even a big part of the drama. It was refreshing and realistic. I founf it really enjoying to see how Seo Jung and Dong Joo's relationship was progressing.
I can't believe how much I loved all the characters. Every one of them had a special place in the drama. None of them felt unnecessary and it was easy to get to know them all. And not just know them, but also understand them and love them although they are not perfect. And that's why the drama was so realistic and so heart-warming.
First, I want to clear some things out. I've seen a lot of comments about the fact that Master Kim is not a romantic and the title of the drama is pointless and misleading. You know, romantic not always means love. Romantic sometimes means idealizing view of the reality. Having that in mind, Master Kim is a romantic.
I loved him and his passion. Yes, he was rude from time to time. Sometimes he was right, sometimes he was wrong. However, you can clearly see how much he cares in his eyes. You can see that with all the harsh things he say, he wants to make the people he cares about stronger.
Seo Jung is a stong female lead, maybe one of the strongest I've ever seen. She developed a lot. I loved the fact that she was honest with herself and her feelings. She overcame her trauma in the best way. She really deserved to be a doctor.
I loved Dong Joo since the beginning. Yes, his behaviour was annoying, but he was just a man who lost his path while being next to arrogant people. But he was a good person. He developed a lot, thanks to Master Kim, Seo Jung and Doldam Hospital in general. From a person who only cared about the opinion of the others, he developed into a doctor who only cares about the patients and doing a good job.
Also I can't help but mention In Beom. I didn't like him at first, mainly because of his lies. But in the end, he proved that he can be honest and independant. He also dveloped a lot.
Every side character brought a different light to the drama. I loved Manager Jang with his kind of foolish personality, Nurse Oh with her intelligence, Nurse Park with his cheerful smile and even the bad guy Yoon Wan wasn't completely unlikable.
The writer showed that rich chaebols are not always bad people which we rarely see in dramas. Chairman Shin proved that.
Overall, Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim is a must-watch. It teaches you so many things. I want to thank Kang Eung Kyung for writing such a masterpiece.
I won't be able to forget this drama and if you give it a try, you'll understand why. But remember, don't just watch, feel.

I am a person who doesn't laugh easily at dramas. It's very hard for a drama to make me cry from laughter, but Eulachacha Waikiki 2 somehow managed to do it. The comedy element in this is perfect, the screenwriter has a sense of humour, he did a brilliat job with the script.
Of course what makes Eulachacha Waikiki 2 so special are all the characters. Each of them has it's own charm and you can comfortaby connect with their personalities. I could easily relate to their life struggles-- actually, everyone can relate to them, because the problems they all went through are so familiar to every one of us - giving up on your dreams, not being able to do what you love the most, money, friendship, dating etc etc. Seeing them suffereing makes you feel sad and you can can't help but love them even more. Despite being a sitcom, Waikiki 2 adds some depth to the plotline which makes it meaningful. It's not just focusing on comedy and I loved that the most. It's not there just to make you laugh, but also think and feel.
We have three couples here and my favourite is Ki Bong and Yoo Ri. At first I didn't like Yoo Ri at all, she seemed too selfish and impudent, but as the story progressed, I fell in love with her and she became my favourite character. I believe they are the perfect match with Ki Bong and their interractions always made me so happy. I didn't care that much about the other two couples, I don't really know why. I liked Jun Ki and Jung Eun as friends, but nothing more. Jun Ki was legendary here (as always) and I didn't want to see him in a romantic relationship, I wanted the story to focus only on his character and his struggles because he has the funniest personallity. I think I liked Woo Shik and So Yeon the least - their story is the reason why I'm not giving the highest possible rating. I feel like they dragged the plot too much and it became a little boring. But at least we have the friendship between Woo Shik, Jun Ki and Ki Bong.
All the actors/actresses did a great job. But, of course, kudos to Lee Yi Kyung - this man is born to play in comedy dramas. His expressions were the funniest! It was also nice seeing Kim Ye Won playing different kind of role.
Overall, Waikiki 2 is a good watch. I hope you give it a try because it will make you happy for sure.

I am a big fan of psychological thrillers and out of everything I've watched so far, I think ''Trap'' did the best job when it comes to mixing these two favourite genres of mine. We have a very complex character(s) and extremely shocking and quite unpredictable storyline. I must say that I had a feeling about the plot twist since the first episode, but honestly, the whole truth was so freaking drepressing. The drama explores the darkest side of humankind to the point that it actually became a torture to watch. It just felt so uncomfortable to watch a person having no single feeling with such twisted mind... It was just horrible. I can't describe the feeling, it was just dark.
Now, I won't talk about the main lead at all, but I'll mention how AMAZING job Lee Seo Jin did at portraying him! I've seen him in variaty shows and he has such a cool personality and watching him acting was completely new to me, but he is such a great actor! I'm totally impressed with him. Of course, Sung Dong Il was good, too (he has been playing this type of character since forever lol).
As I see and completely understand, the ending disappointed a lot of people, incuding myself. I think they could have given a better closure to the story, the final episode felt too rushed and some things were left unexplained. I guess there's a possibility of a second season? I'm not sure about that though.
Overall, I recommend ''Trap'' to everyone who likes thrillers, especially psychological thrillers. I believe ''Trap'' is an amazing show that just deserved a better ending. But yeah, it will be very hard for me to forget what happened in the drama, it left such a bittersweet taste in my mouth and I feel like the name Kang Woo Hyun will haunt me forever lol.
P.S: I really love the title of the drama! That was one hell of a trap!

I've been avoiding this drama for a long time, because of many many reasons. But mostly because of the fact that it's a melodrama. And not just a simple melodrama, but also a tragedy, it reminded me of the movie A Moment to Remember. I didn't want to suffer once again because of the Alzheimer's Disease. But anyway, I ended up watching it.
So, "Remember - War of the Son'' was truly heartbreaking. I can't believe I suffered twenty hours straight (like, literally, from the first minute to the very last) and I didn't ever think of dropping it. It was very intense, very sadistic, it made my blood boil million times. Unexpecedly, I even cried a lot.
The first half (okay, the first twelve eps) was very painful to watch. All the injustice and corruption that was shown was very severe. So many bad things were happening to our main lead, the life was too cruel to him. In every episode we had a new person who betrayed him. He and his dad were having a very pitiful life, but they didn't deserve it. I was looking forward to the day when Jin Woo will be able to take his revenge.
But when he finally decided to do it, to put Nam Gyu Man and all of those jerks who hurt his father in jail, the drama lost a bit of its spark. The intense was still there, don't get me wrong, but it became a bit makjang-ish. The characters' actions were a complete nonsense from time to time, they were supposed to be smart but at the same time, they were making stupid mistakes. It was a bit disappointing, I wasn't completely satisfied with how the things turned out.
If you are wondering - yes, there is romance. I don't know why it's not one of the genres, really. Maybe because it's not a big part of the story and i see that many people didn't like it, but personally, I didn't mind it.
Truthfully, at first I thought In Ah and Dong Ho's characters were completely useless, having in mind that they were supposed to be one of the mains. But after the first half, they became really important for the development of the plot. In Ah was the person who was always beside Jin Woo, she helped him a lot. Park Sung Woong's presence never fails to amaze me and his character became my favourite one in the end.
I didn't like the evil guy, he was just ridiculous. He was supposed to be cruel, psycho, but no, I didn't feel him. He reminded me of Tae Ho in Missing Nine - a completely lost soul. Maybe Nam Goong Min was the problem, I couldn't get into him playing the evil guy. His acting was also not that good, I think he suits rom-coms way more.
As for the others actors - Yoo Seung Ho was brilliant! I added him in my favourite actors list. The way he portrayed Seo Jin Woo, the way he showed his pain can't be put into words. I think it was even hard for him to play such a tragic character as Jin Woo. His fate was tragic, I felt so bad for him, trluly. Park Min Young was gorgeous, i think this is my favourite role of hers.
I wouldn't rewatch this, never. Why would I want to suffer again?
I'm not sure if I recommend this. It is good and I particularly enjoyed it, but it's just too much suffering. It is a tragedy with a reason. Watch for yourself.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!
Honestly, I hate writing reviews for my favourite dramas the most. I mean, Joy of Life is truly a masterpiece... what am I supposed to write? No word can describe how brilliant this show is, you just have to watch it and see for yourself. But because I promised to review everything that I finish, I will try to express my thoughts as well as I can. And I'll probably fail to do so, but don't mind me lol.I've never seen a show in which every single character is so different and unique. It's honestly insane, because there are quite a lot of characters here, yet every one of them was simply a pleasure to watch. None of them was just black or white. The good guys were far from perfect and had realistic flaws. The bad ones had their motives and were excellently written which makes it hard to hate them just because they are interesting to watch.
Fan Xian is one of the best main leads out there and I fell in love with his character. And my love was growing with every episode, he was simply an amazing person with amazing ideals. And he's a character we can easily relate to. He is exceptionally smart, witty and playful, with a good heart and brilliant fighting skills. It's just impossible not to fall in love with him. The Emperor of Qing was such a weirdo lol, it was very hard to read his mind and his mysterious personality was making me love him even more. Oh, and my love Chen Ping Ping!!! This guy... I don't know if it was the way the character is written or the performance of the actor or maybe both, but his character was giving me shivers. And even after I finished the drama, I still can't tell what kind of a rare bird CPP is.
Of course there's no way I won't mention my favourite man aka the Second Prince Li Cheng Ze who is one of the most interesting characters I've ever seen. And I don't know whose idea was, but Lui Duan Duan with this hairstyle can slap me in the face and I'll be very thankful. It suits the actor PERFECTLY.
The ladies in the drama were also awesome. Our main heroine - Lin Wan'er was such a beautiful and adorable creature. I loved the romance between her and Fan Xian, I love how there was no much useless drama with them and they simply supported each other. Haitang Duo Duo though... this girl was on fire!!! I hope we'll see her more in the second season!
The ending... I mean... we have a second season... and we have to wait two years... but it's fine. Yes, totally fine. I'm not crying at all.
Sooooo overall, Joy of Life is a masterpiece. It has an amazing plot (46 episodes yet no boring second), some shocking twists here and there, BRILLIANT CHARACTERS and the humour was soooooo on point, I almost cried from laughing! So yeah, it's a must watch for sure. But DON'T watch it now, because you'll hate the fact that you have to wait two years for the second season. It's just painful.

Firstly, why is the title ''Secret'' Love Affair? I mean, their affair was so obvious and pretty much everyone knew about it. And, to be honest, I know that some people might be put off by the title and the fact that the drama is about an affair, but trust me, it's not that much of a problem. It is true that the female lead is married to another guy, but me and Yoo Ah In are more husband and wife than them.
My favourite thing in ''Secret Love Affair'' is definitely the romance and the chemistry between the main leads, who are also great characters. Watching two people slowly falling in love through music was such an amazing experience. It's hard to put my feelings into words, you just have to feel the atmosphere and the intensity between them to get what I'm talking about. Both Oh Hye Won and Lee Sun Jae are wonderful and strong characters, both being a salvation for each other. I loved the development of their relationship and even though it was slow I loved every second of it.
However, as much as I loved the romance, I can't deny that the overall plot and the supporting characters felt quite bland. The first half was very good, the second one became a bit draggy. I don't think the supporing characters were introduced well, they just felt super flat and their scenes ended up being just boring. Some dialogues were very well-written, others felt just pointless. The husband was the most interesting character out of the supporting characters -- I know a lot of people hate him and he a bastard for sure. I just couldn't bring myself to hate him though, I think you can blame Park Hyuk Kwon and his wonderful performance for this.
Yoo Ah In is brilliant as always. No matter in what drama or role, he always does a stellar job and never fails to make me emotional. A lot of people say that this is his best role and I understand them. (still prefer his Bang Won though) Kim Hee Ae is also amazing and I fell in love with her character!
Overall, I do recommend ''Secret Love Affair'' to all the (noona) romance enthusiasts out there. And if you don't mind a different atmosphere and vibe, then I think you should give this a try. However, know that the story is very slow-paced and it can become quite depressing and heavy at some point.

The first half (more like the firts 30-40 minutes) of the movie was not that entertaining. I still liked it, but I was eagerly waiting for something more to happen. And then, Kang Dong Won appeared and made the movie a hundred times better. His character became one of my favourites. He played a very smart and witty swindler who tells nothing but lies. He was extremely funny and enjoyable to watch. His scenes were the best! (And that kiss with Shin Hye Sun... wow!) I loved Prosecutor Byun Jae Wook too, Hwang Jung Min delivered a brilliant and emotional performance. The same goes for Lee Sung Min, whose character was beyond horrible and Park Sung Woong who was as good as always.
Overall, ''A Violent Prosectuor'' is a must-watch if you are looking for a fun, predicatble movie to relieve stress.

''Veteran'' is a mind-blowing masterpiece. It has phenomenal story, phenomenal directing, phenomenal characters and phenomenal acting. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, it makes your blood boil, your heart ache and it brings you a good laugh. It's a rollercoaster of emotions. It's everything one would want to see in a movie. The action scenes were brilliantly made and I even liked the sound effects (which I find very irritating in most action movies).
The acting was, as I said, phenomenal. I want to congratulate director Ryu Seung Wan for choosing the best cast ever. Hwang Jung Min was brilliant as Detective Seo Do Chul. You could see the anger, frustration, sadness through his eyes. Yo Ah In... man, what did you do? How could you portray such a disgusting psychopath that perfectly? How can an actor do that? How's it even possible? I'm speechless. Yoo Ah In is truly an acting god. I don't even know how to describe his performance here.
I HIGHLY recommend this movie to everyone, even to people who don't like action movies. Because I'm also not into this genre, but ''Veteran'' was way too perfect for me to care about genres.

First of all, let me start with the production of the drama because damn, the director and the crew need some praise and they have my respect. They managed to turn a low-budged webdrama into a high-quality production. Every scene of the series is shot so beautifully and it's simply aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The camera work, the effects, the zooming of certain things was so on point. It shows that the production team tried their best to make the drama appealing to the viewers. Even though the story has its flaws, the directing made up for it. I'm totally impressed.
The plot itself was okay. Not the most excellent I've seen, but it was entertaining enough and it was well-thought. The drama revolves around the male lead, who is a detective, solving mysterious cases and I personally enjoy watching detective dramas. However, the murder cases here weren't really that impressive? I mean, yeah, they made me curious who might be the killer, it was fun to watch Jian Bu Zhi finding clues and then discovering the truth. But it wasn't as exciting as I wanted it to be. And that's the reason why I lowered my rating, since for a detective drama, the cases and the excitement you get from them is the most important thing.
The drama overall has a slow pace which I didn't mind at all, since the characters were all interesting enough. However, despite the slow pace, I feel like some things happened way too fast. And by some things, I mean the two romance stories. The couples were cute, but nothing more. I couldn't get emotionally attached to them, hence I didn't care enough what will happen to their relationship in the future.
But the bromance made up for the weak romance. Jian Bu Zhi and Zhao Wo Huan's interactions were one of my most favourite things about this drama. And they were later joined by my absolute favourite character Ye Xiao Xiao and everything got 1000x better.
The acting was decent, especially if we consider the fact that the lead actors are not that experienced yet. It was not well-balanced though, for example Tim Yu (Jian Bu Zhi) and Wang Yan Yang (Zhao Wo Huan) were outstanding, their peformances were brilliant, while Rachel Wang (Zhan Shi Qi) and Miranda Ma (Ming Yue) were not that good. You know, Shi Qi was supposed to be a brave assassin and a strong female lead, but I did not get that vibe of her. And Ming Yue could have been such an interesting character, but the actress looked as if she was annoyed all the time. She basically had the same expression throughout the whole series. And she was supposed to be a mute and she had to express her emotions without talking, using the expressions of her face and she was so bad at it.
Overall, Ancient Detective is a very entertaining show which has its shortcomings, but it's worth watching despite of them. It has some nice twists at the end and it makes you want to watch more. So I'm definitely looking forward to the second season if there'll be one. I highly recommend it to people who are fan of both wuxia and mystery/detective dramas, Ancient Detective will exceed your expectations for sure.

''The Subversion'' got me hooked from the first minute and I was totally invested in it till the last one. The movie is very thrilling, very intense and hella gory! I don't recommend it to anyone who can't stand gore. People are saying that is predictable because there are a lot of movies with the same storyline and twists, but personally, I find some parts of it very shocking and unpredictable. Perhaps I haven't seen enough movies, especially similar to this one.
The acting was top-notch! Kim Da Mi was brilliant as Ko Ja Yun and I was so shocked by her acting in the second half! Choi Woo Shik was absolutely perfect playing a total psycho! I've never seen him playing such a role and I was so so surprised! He gave me all the chills!
The directing was also very good. The problem that I usually have with movies like this was present here though - the people's voices were too quiet, while the sound effects were freaking loud! Helloo, my ears don't deserve this!
Overall, ''The Subversion'' is a brilliant movie that will keep you at the edge of your seat till the end. I'm looking forward to the second part!

Honestly I came across this movie without any expectations. I started watching it five minutes after I heard about its existance. I avoid the school genre, because, you know, everything is always the same - bullies, bullying, suffering. Why did I decide to watch this movie knowing well about my preferences... I can't really tell. But I made a great decision.
''Better Days'' is a brilliantly-made piece of art. Every scene, ever dialogue, every word have its meaning. It's not a short movie but you never get bored. The directing was unique. You are excited for each scene because you have no idea what will happen. Honestly, I felt so angry watching it. Some scenes were very hard to endure even for me. Both main leads were so amazing, so strong. You could feel their pain just by looking at their face. Zhou Dong Yu and Jackson Yi are very young, but they have so much potential to become great actors in the future.
(I have more things to say but I finished the movie 2 hours ago and I'm still feeling the pain haha + I don't want to spoil anything)
So overall, I do recommend this movie to everyone. It's really a masterpiece and you shouldn't miss it!
