Some scenes were fun and some were a bit boring.
This movie was okay. Some scenes were fun and some were a bit boring. There are many characters to follow in this movie which makes it a bit chaotic. The plot is very typical in terms of twists ultimately leading to revenge. "Collectors" is also a predictable title. Nothing new happened in it, so the film would be remembered for a longer time. Probably in a week, I won't remember that I watched it.
However, if you like this type of title and you want to watch something undemanding, you may enjoy this movie.
Also, Shin Hye Sun is perfect.

It's a good movie to make you cry, but don't expect too much from it.
I can't ignore the information that I was in tears for most of this movie.Initially, I thought that my rating would be higher despite the worse ratings of other viewers. I also expected much more from this film, because the plot itself seemed to be good, but the execution is average. Most of this movie is about waiting for something to happen, the characters will meet again, or just Haruto will find out what's really going on with Misaki. This makes over two hours of length a bit too long for this story. It also made the mid-section boring a lot and to be honest I speeded it up a bit sometimes.
It's a good movie to make you cry, but don't expect too much from it.

The way the story is told is very calm...
The way the story is told is very calm, but the things that happen in this movie make you feel somewhat anxious. There are also a few good plot twists in it.The movie tells about an attempt to meet the expectations that are placed on people. These expectations are set by society, but we also impose them on ourselves. Nanami is lonely but she doesn't want to show it to others, so she lies about the reason she left her job and hires actors to pretend to be her family. Mashiro doesn't want to die alone, so she hires someone to die with her. But he doesn't reveal it. He pretends everything is fine. Amuro is professionally involved in faking certain aspects of other people's lives. His intentions, however, are not directly shown in the film. We can try to interpret them ourselves.
Amuro does not reveal the true intentions of her clients to the people he hires. It does not matter to him whether the victim of his false situations is someone he knows. It only seems that he cares about the money.
I love this movie.

The great thing about this drama is that the characters are grown up...
I really like this drama. The acting was good. The scenery was nice. It is one of the best bl dramas I have ever watched. The great thing about this drama is that the characters are grown up. They definitely have this school image behind them, which is shown in most of the dramas. Most of the time, the action takes place in a very calm atmosphere. Later we get Togawa's confession, which broke my heart by the way. The fifth episode has the most action compared to the previous episodes. I really liked that declaration of love in the last episode. It was perfect for me.
There are two things about this drama that I don't consider to be a disadvantage, but "Old Fashion Cupcake" would even be better if they were different.
The first is that the characters actually don't have any background. This drama is just about those few days that change their lives. There is only a minimal amount of flashback to the first day they met, and it is related to Togawa's feelings. I understand this is because the drama only has 5 episodes of about 25 minutes each - which is the second thing that could be different. It would be great if the drama had more episodes. The creators could then expand the character's background.
However, I did enjoy watching this drama.

It will make you cry...
This movie was released in 2006 so I was expecting some cliché scenes. The plot is a bit typical of the romantce movies produced at the time. But I liked it.This movie was really good. There were some funny scenes, but it's definitely a tearjerker too. It made me feel so much emotions and cry a lot.
I liked the friendship between classmates. They were so kind and funny.
Actors did a really good job. It was so easy to feel their emotions.
My favourite scene is the one when Eun Hwan and Jae Kyung were blowing the dandelions out. In some ways, it was really comforting. Of course, it was also sad because of Eun Hwan's wish.
I recommend watching it when you want to cry your eyes out.

Just coming of age movie...
For me, the jokes in this movie weren't something that made me burst out laughing. But I knew it would be like that before I even started watching it. Such jokes just rarely make me laugh.I decided to watch this movie because of the actors. They are really good. And I really love Woo Bin's acting in his dramas.
Even though I wasn't laughing, I enjoyed it. Just simple coming-of-age/slice of life movie with some inappropriate lines sometimes. In this movie you can notice a lot of typical things for Korean comedies produced at that time.

The first part was a bit boring, but...
The action in the first hour of the film developed very slowly. This is definitely a disadvantage for me. I watched the first part of this movie for three days because it was hard to get through it at once. The second part was more interesting. I liked the acting and the further development of the situation. While watching, I gave up on my theory that the main character remembers her childhood, so the plot twist surprised me a bit.
The movie could have been better, but I still enjoyed it. Despite this, I cannot give a higher rating because of the first half.

I love it!
I love this drama. It is very unique. I like the idea of telling the stories of all the residents of Pureung village on Jeju Island. This drama is very calm, comforting and heartwarming. It shows that everyone has their own problems and ways to deal with them. Not everyone is always honest and some just want to use us for their own benefit. After watching, it can be concluded that an honest conversation is always one of the most important things to achieve success in various relationships. And I am glad that it has been shown through various issues, relationships and people. This is a very important point.
Our Blues made me cry, laugh and feel many different emotions.
I highly recommend watching it.
I gave it so few points in the "rewatch value" category because personally I rarely go back to watching slice of life dramas again. It's still a 10/10 drama.

I'm not sure how I feel about this drama... Well, I know now.
AFTER WATCHING 6 EPISODESAfter watching the latest episodes, as soon as they they were released, I gave this drama some thoughts. I had to decide if I wanted to continue watching it.
This drama is ridiculously packed with secrets. As if the creators were trying hard to catch the viewer's attention by forcing unexpected situations.
The idea of revenge of others was a good one, but why are almost all possible teenage problems stuffed into this drama? It might not be so bad if it was executed differently, but here are so many subplots that everything gets mixed up and makes no sense.
I had really high expectations for this drama but I am disappointed.
I am dropping it. There's a slight chance I'll come back to it someday, but right now I'd rather spend my time watching something else.
----------------------------------------------
AFTER WATCHING 3 EPISODES
I'm not sure how I feel about this drama. The idea for the story seems to be really good and full of potential but something is off. However, I don't know exactly what yet. Maybe it's the main female character. She should feel some emotion about her twin's death, but it seems very flat and forced. Maybe it's not that, I'm still trying to find an answer.
The first two episodes and half of the third bored me most of the time. I keep watching because the plot and mysteries are interesting enough for me, but the acting could be more real. At the moment, the acting is a bit flat most of the time. Because of this, I don't feel any attachment to the character. I hope my feelings about it will change soon. Also, I really hope the execution improves in the next episodes because it will be a real shame and disappointment if it doesn't.
So I keep my fingers crossed for better next episodes and acting that will bring me closer to the characters. I'm giving it a 7/10 at the moment because there's still room for improvement.
(I know that the shooting of the drama has already ended, but perhaps the creators themselves noticed things that could be done better and improved them during the recording.)

However, the whole thread of the police investigation seems to be forced into this film. It's bland, but also over-developed compared to scenes focusing on the main characters. The surrounding plot in this form feels unnecessary for me and bored me.
I love the aesthetics of this film. Definitely reminds me of other Kore-eda films I've watched. Also the actors are well known for their acting. They did a great job, so you could feel that the decision the characters had to make was not an easy one.
The main plot is very well developed and I love it but I can't give it a higher rating because of the surrounding that dragged this movie down.

I have mixed feelings about this title.
If only people could speak and talk through the problem before it escalates too much...I felt it was really stereotypical. Role of man and woman... She expected her boyfriend to do everything, preferably right away, despite the understandable fatigue after work, getting up early and a very long commute. Also, he was always supposed to come to her, she never even offered to visit him. They never talked to each other about their expectations and problems. They just had an argument when the situation escalated.
The very beginning of the movie was cute, then it got a little creepy but still sweet, and then it got sour at the end and we got a plot twist.
This movie tells a very real story that could happen in real life. However, I have mixed feelings about this title. For me, the first part of the movie was good enough, but then it got worse. I don't feel like this plot twist is needed, but it's easier for me to accept, knowing that such things also happen.
The execution was definitely missing something. The whole movie was very superficial. I couldn't get into the characters' stories.

When this drama started coming out I tried to watch the first episode but halfway through I thought it wasn't for me. It was recently recommended to me in the We Watch Challenge and I finished all the episodes in a few days. This drama started out with funny scenes and a fight between the main characters, which turned into a romance halfway through. I definitely liked that we didn't wait until the final episodes for a relationship between these two. The other couples were also a nice and interesting element. Each couple had its own unique dynamics. However, there are things I didn't like. I can't help thinking that those negative sub plots like the scheming housekeeper, the attempt at revenge, and even ML's sad childhood were unnecessary. I feel like these stories were too shallow, even though they were supposed to keep the drama from being boring. Better would be, for example, one or two well-developed negative plots.
But overall, I enjoyed this drama. It was sweet and adorable.

very fast-paced, terribly cute and fluffy romance with a lot of skinship
I watched this drama and had very mixed feelings about it at times. After watching it, I find that it's best to watch this drama with the thought that some of these things are nonsense. It's a very fast-paced, terribly cute and fluffy romance with a lot of skinship. For some, the constant mention that FL is cute and her intentionally cute behavior can be irritating. For me, it was sometimes so unserious, but it did not negatively affect my perception of the drama.
However, I think there was quite a lot of emphasis on communication between the main characters in the drama, which is always a plus. Of course, at first they were a bit awkward around each other and couldn't talk freely, but over time that changed and it was shown that communication in a relationship is always important.
Overall, I had a good time watching this drama and would recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the mood for something cute without an overwhelming plot.

The plot is good. On the one hand, it is a story strongly related to a motorcycle gang, and on the other, this movie tells the story of a teenager who tries to define her feelings towards her mother. The main characters learn new things about themselves that they were unable to see before.
This movie did not bore me, I watched it with interest, but for some reason it was difficult for me to get emotionally involved in it. Maybe it's an acting issue. I'm not sure. [slight spoiler] The only time I felt emotionally involved in the story was when FL begged her mother for help. I shed a few tears at that moment.

These are just a few minutes of frames from different places at night, put together into a 20-minute movie with the sounds of traffic in the background and a song at the end. I usually like to observe my surroundings when I'm outside so it wasn't boring for me. This film made me feel more at peace. Not burdened by anything.
Honestly, if you're looking for a deeper meaning in this film, you'll probably find it. It all depends on your imagination, what you expect from the movie at the moment and what is in your head.
