I don't really think it's that bad people. For one, there's d-addicts.com where the subbers and raw uploaders actually put their works. Infact, I shared some people opinions that those streaming sites actually get their materials from d-addicts and just hardsubbed the subs and converted to a much lower res and upload on their sites. I'm actually surprised that many drama fans actually watches on streaming sites. For one, quality is ofcourse much better on DA. :D

I'm kinda with you. I do think that the copyright police are often the enemy, but on the other hand, I also want to support the things that I truly value. I did use DC all the time for jdorama, but I've been a paying member of DF for almost two years. I pay $40 a year, far less than most people pay for monthly phone service. Seems reasonable to me. If some site would make Japanese shows available in HD for a small fee, I'd happily contribute. But unfortunately, there's no reasonable legal option right now, so here we all are....mourning.
I've been using DC since I started watching j/kdramas a few years ago. So yea, like eveyone else, I was a little shocked when I visited the site yesterday. Today I'm in recovery mode, trying to find a suitable alternative. Of all the dramas I've watched on DC, the one that I immediately thought of post DC shutdown, was Orange Days. Loved this drama. Loved watching it on DC.
If you were active in the dramacrazy forums, the drama community moved here http://w11.zetaboards.com/asian_drama_addicts/index/
No words can describe how I feel about it. Not only am I losing my main source of drama, I'm also losing my main source of anime. Just shoot me now and put me out of my misery. T_T
I have to go back to downloading dramas now :(
I'm still shell-shocked from it all :( I know there are alternatives, but Drama Crazy was [U]the[U] place to go - it will be missed
So the forums also shut down and AC is history forever. It will live on in our hearts.

Too many feels. T-T I need some hot chocolate. *pouts*
This is very hard to accept, but i guess we have no other choice... They did a great job in managing a great site for fans of asian drama's. I hope in the future there will be a site that can match Dramacrazy.
I live in Norway and Dramacrazy is the only site I can watch korean and Japanese dramas! What am I going to do now ;(
